The Blue Lion restaurant provides excellent service, delicious food, and an entertaining atmosphere. The menu features standout dishes like Stuffed Mushroom, Mudpie, and Short Rib, which is 10/10 with meat falling off the bone. The lamb lollipops are a popular item, and the French onion soup offers a unique twist with brandy in the broth. Guests also enjoy the elk tenderloin and beef tenderloin, and the cookie skillet was great. The cocktails, especially the huckleberry lemon drop, are fantastic. This is a nice and cozy place in the heart of Jackson. The food is amazing and the service is probably the best. With live music, this restaurant offers an outstanding dining experience. The beautiful space features blue touches and lions, and the large outside terrace is a summer favorite. Servers are professional and fun. Highly recommend making a reservation. Even with minor flaws, the food and experience are more than good enough to beckon guests to return every time they are in Jackson Hole.
