“My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. The smells of waffles tantalize or senses with visions of syrup covered slopes of delicious heavenly cooked waffles. We were not disappointed. Wow!! I don't know if it was the ambience of the mountains that added to the elevation of those circles of moist flour and eggs and butter or just their own merit. Either way, mountains, waffles, Wyoming, or God's gastronomic intervention the reputation was well supported by my taste buds. I humbly extend my gratitude for one of life's hidden treasures. Yuuuummmy!“

“On a Saturday, just after noon, we finished up at the farmers market and got on the list for Cafe Genevieve. The hostess was pleasant and gave us a 10-15 minute window for a wait. This 1911 log cabin is worth the wait. The corned beef and hash is made in house and highly recommended by me. The patio is very dog friendly and I got to meet a rescue pit from Georgia.“
