My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. Seriously the best waffle Ive EVER had. We went in there just to get something to drink and the girl at the registers taking our order convinced us to try a waffle. I gave in and order one and OMG it was so good. It was super light and fluffy. You have to try it to know what I mean by that! Its also at the top of the mountain so you really cant beat the views
