El Sol De Mexico | Mexican is a true gem in Lander. This is the best restaurant in town, with amazing Mexican food cuisine. The food is some of the best ever had, and the service is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly kind, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is so nice, and the staff knows their regulars. It was busy but service was still fast. Delicious food and drinks are served, including the mole, which is excellent. A strawberry margarita and a taco + enchilada plate are recommended. The #10 combo (chile relleno, taco and burrito with rice and beans) is delish. This spot tops the list of great food options in town. A must if in Lander.
