My wife and I went there for ice cream. When we got to the pickup window, our ice cream was waiting. The guy at the winow took off his apron and walked away. the other woman looked at us and went back to what she was doing. after more than seven minutes, Got out of the car and opened the window and said to the lady "you don't mind if I serve myself, our ice cream is melting." she looked at me and went back to what she was doing. The past two Sundays at noontime, McD has been turning away customers because of some sort of "system failure". Last Sunday the cars wrapped around the building and the wife went into the restaurant to place an order, and the kids behind the counter were laughing and giggling and joking that everything was down. Today, a sign was posted on the drive-thru the "system was down". If you're not able to operate and handle customers, seems like you just need to close. To whom...read full review
