Waited over an hour for our food. The food was wrong and overpriced. Got my lemon for my lemon water a half hour later. Was given coffee instead of the hot chocolate that I ordered. Didn’t get cheese in my eggs like I asked. They put green chilies on my husband’s omelette instead of green chili sauce. Had things added to my plate that I did not want. Other people in our party’s food were undercooked and they were not happy. The waitress was nice and it wasn’t her fault that the cook was wrong. The raspberry roll that I got to go was not heated. Will most likely never go there again. Ever. Super disappointed. Feels like I wasted my money on bad food. Not happy. If there was an option for negative stars that would have been great. We even seen 2 tables of people get up and walk out because they were not helped. Food made me sick. Now I have a long car ride to a hospital in another state with an upset stomach and a box of tissues. Not cool.

The food isnt worth the poor customer service and hazard of dining there, which is a shame. These last 2 times I've eaten there it was a bad experience, piled ontop of an even worse experience. Our table was forgotten about for over an hour before we had to pull aside a waitress to take our order (we had been served water, and then forgotten). Staff were not very apologetic. When an order of beigneits we didn't even order or request didn't make the wrong feel right, we were told that it should've been enough and nothing, nothing else could be done. Alright. Paid our bill & tipped as usual.
After about a year, we decided to give it another shot. My partner got hot coffee spilled on his leg- and no small amount, either. It was close to our infant, who nearly got doused with the hot coffee as well.
I use to work waitstaff, and so I didnt feel right leaving with a zero tip.. so we tipped and said it was all OK. I turned around maybe 10 minutes later and went back in to see if they could change the tip amount we signed for to reflect the actual experience more and I was told this couldn't be done.
I always try to give businesses the chance to make it right. But when I said this was likely the last time we'd be visiting, I was told "ohh, I'm so sorryyy". Perhaps it was genuine, but it felt patronizing. I've been in their shoes, but this just wasn't it.

Simply outstanding! Food was perfect and great service. You can tell everything is homemade. Bacon was extremely good. Highest recommendation for breakfast.

I always have loved the Middle Fork since moving from Jackson Hole to Lander 3 years ago. This restaurant has a friendly staff who really goes the extra mile. You can tell their staff is like a family who love working there and they care. The restaurant sources ingredients locally and the offerings are always fresh. They also have the best lemonade in the valley. The Middle Fork is the best sit down full-service restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The Cowfish is my favorite sit down restaurant for dinner in Lander, Wyoming.

I went with a group of 8 to the Middle Fork for breakfast today. I loved the food, I loved the atmosphere, I loved the service, and the price was right. This will be my go to place for breakfast and lunch in Lander in the future.

Had breakfast here while on holidays from Ireland. Food was good and the atmosphere was lovely. Had the pancakes and eggs they were very tasty. Portions were big so I would reccomend going for a half order. Would eat here again. Service was good.
A wonderful experience!! I came in the other day with my friend and the food was OUTSTANDING!! The darkhaired waitress with the leg tattoo was super nice and helpful with our questions, even though she clearly had a lot of tables! The managers are also super sweet as well!!

Great breakfast menu. Outdoor seating under the trees with a small stream as well. Fantastic outdoor space! Vegan options. Non-redneck. They serve lunch, dinner and drinks as well. A great alternative.
