Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Chili cheese dog had no cheese. They specifically asked if I wanted diced onions … they did not make it on. We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes.
So don’t go to Freddy’s if you are in a hurry or want your order correct

Love their food. Have tried ordering off the app 2 nights in a row. Went in tonight and found found out they shut the online app off because they couldn't handle the orders off the app. The app will let you make your order but than won't process your order. When I asked why they let you make the order but not process I was told that was a Freddy's problem and they can't control it. I was not impressed with the manager at all. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to speak to him. I'm not sure if I will be back again.

Man, this place was disappointing.

I don’t usually eat at Freddy’s, but I tried it recently on a trip and really enjoyed it. When I got back home, I was craving it, so I stopped by my local Freddy’s. Wow… it felt like a completely different restaurant.

The burger looked like it had been thrown together, the tots were soggy, the frozen custard was already melted, and they forgot to include the sauces we ordered. On top of that, the guy working the drive-thru acted like me picking up my food was a personal inconvenience. I don’t know how saying, “Thank you, sir,” earned me a dirty look, but that’s exactly what happened.

Overall, it was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. I don’t see myself coming back to this location, and honestly, it makes me think twice about going to Freddy’s again.

I really love Freddy's and I eat here frequently. However, my one issue that they cannot handle rushes to save their lives. If they get slightly busier than normal, service slows to a CRAWL.

Burgers and cheese curds are excellent. Speedy at making the order. Definitely will return

Fantastic food, good value, and great service! The patty melt was delicious. The huge variety of sauces was a great addition-the fry sauce is awesome. In a world where most places charge for every sauce, we appreciate that, Freddy's. Freddy's is a great choice and you get quality food for the same or less cost than the regular fast food joints. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.

Not only is their food really good, the people working there are incredible. It comes with the territory here in Wyoming but these people are the cream of the crop. Such nice people!

Pulled up to the drive through to order food. The person on the other end couldn't keep track of a 2 burger order. Had to kept confirming, but kept getting it wrong despite correction 3 times. Pulled to the window to find i got the wrong size, wrong toppings, and wrong ice cream. Keep the cross eyed kid away from the drive through, nearly everything about the order was messed up.
