The girl who brought my order was legit an angel! She had the prettiest eyeliner and was so so so nice! I accidentally hit pay with cash and had to call the store to pay differently. They handled it so well and got me everything accurately and immediately despite my mess up. Cannot boast enough about them. Absolutely made my day.
I love Jimmy John’s but I’m getting really annoyed. Only ONCE in the past like 70 orders have I gotten mustard and mayo packets. Why have it as an option if you’re NEVER going to give them.
I had a handful of modifications to my sandwich, and to my surprise, before I had even finished processing payment with my card, the sandwich was in front of me! Great quality and friendly FAST service.
