Spending $44 on two sandwiches, I should not be getting STALE BREAD and ingredients being left off of my order. I couldn't just drive back because I live 60 miles away over a mountain pass.
We had a kind of big order, 2 of the big sandwiches and a small lettuce wrapped sandwich. The smaller sandwich didn’t have anything but lettuce on it?? And the two bigger sandwiches were ordered as loaded with no tomatoes, when we got them, they didn’t have anything but meat, dressing, and cheese. So it was missing half of the ingredients, missing all the extras, and we paid almost $50 for it. I do like their food, this is the first time they’ve messed up my order
I have never left a review for a known/widespread company before. This Jimmy J's is the best. They are so quick with the deliveries and pick up orders, 'freaky fast and fresh' for real! One time they delivered me a drink that didn't come out right. I called the store to let them know so no other customers would have this experience and they offered to drive a new soda back to me, and I do not live near the store. They are really so quick, and very helpful....
