Your basic greasy spoon. It was dirty. The french dip I had was greasy and tasted like it had sat for awhile. French fries were stale and I didn't get catsup because there was coagulated catsup on the dispenser. The only high point was a young, male cook singing along with music from a country station that was blaring. And it was price gouging expensive!
Everyone I know in the Capital Region of NYS loves Arby’s but the only Arby’s we have are about 1/4 mile apart on the same street (Wolf Rd. Albany) and both are inconvenient. One is in a Food Court at a busy mall (so that makes sense for shoppers/movie patrons) but the other location on the same street has no drive through and little parking. Mom’s with kids will almost always choose a drive through, as well as people on short lunch hours, or with elderly people in the car,...read full review
