Taco Juan's is pretty popular across Colorado. I was expecting it to taste like Taco Bell (one of my least favorites), but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the standard crispy tacos (two of them) and my dad got the super burrito with ground beef, beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and olives (unlike the cafeteria beef seen at some of the Mexican restaurants in town here). He would come back occasionally if I had to stay late at school. I was a little disappointed...read full review

[2/5] - Tried eating here this last Wednesday on June 24th, 2026 - roughly around 430-5pm. Parked next door as they don't have a parking lot. Walked to the front, the entire lobby was closed and only drive-thru was working. I was with my dad, they had a sign saying they lacked the employees to manage the inside. It appeared only 1 employee was working at the time. We went somewhere else.

Food is very good and cheaper than taco bell. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food comes out of the kitchen faster than taco bell

Taco John's offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious food and great presentation. The staff, including the friendly and gracious team members, work hard to provide a pleasant atmosphere. The menu features enjoyable options, such as the taco salad with a perfect tortilla shell.
Customers praise the outstanding customer service, particularly from the employee named Rita, who is known for her cheerfulness and wonderful interactions with both adults and children. The restaurant is also praised for its kid-friendly environment, with high chairs available and staff making children feel special.
However, some customers have expressed concerns about the portion sizes being small and the prices not always being worth it, especially for vegetarian or vegan options. Despite these occasional drawbacks, Taco John's remains a beloved Wyoming-grown favorite for many.
