I must express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at Taco John's. The quality of the food was completely unacceptable. My burrito, which I expected to be warm and inviting, was shockingly cold despite a mere two-minute drive home.Further aggravating the situation was the rice, which was grossly undercooked. Attempting to eat even a few bites proved to be an exercise in futility, as every grain was as hard and unyielding as the last.The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the courteousness of the staff member who took my order and served my meal. However, my primary reason for patronizing Taco John's was to enjoy a satisfying meal, not to engage in pleasant conversation.Isn't the place to eat if you're broke.Isn't the place to eat if you're drunk.Isn't the place to eat if you're hungry.This simply isn't the place to eat.

A woman named Abby was VERY rude at the drive thru. The management here must be hiring anyone who applies. I DO NOT recommend!

I felt bad going here last. It was a tad bit slow but when I rolled up to the window, there were older people working and you could tell they were tired as the lines were long. I felt for the older gentleman and asked if they were hiring and he kindly said they were. They still did an amazing job with presentation of the food and it tasted amazing.
To the young lass working with the lovely purple hair and dragonfly pendant- thank you for being there today as I traveled through. Such graciousness is rare. You alone made this the best. However, the food was quite good too.

This place does worse than Macdonalds. They mess up my order every single time I go no matter how many months in-between. I'm deathly allergic to refried beans yet they insist on slapping a heaping pile of it in all my food when I specifically requested them to take it out. The staff are rude and talk down to me every time. Definitely the worst taco johns I ever been to.

It is 2:30 on a Sunday with nobody in the parking lot. Taco John’s has decided to close for 30 minutes to “collect themselves”. They said they need to clean and as a result we could come back later and get food.
