“We sat at the bar and had Blake and Aj as our bartenders and they were so much fun, answered all our questions and knowledgeable of the menu and sauces. Being a new restaurant and having so many people come in, Blake and Aj killed it at the bar and were still fun and engaging even with a rush. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try, and if you can, definitely grab a seat at the bar!!“

“Stopped by McAlister’s in Laramie last night to redeem my tea pass, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nathan (I’m guessing he’s the manager/owner). Hands down one of the nicest humans I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant.

The cashier helping me hadn’t redeemed a tea pass before, and Nathan immediately stopped what he was doing to help—no frustration, no impatience, just kindness. He walked her through it step by step and made sure she felt supported, not like she was bothering him.

While he helped with my transaction, we stood there just genuinely chatting about all the tea deals, including Free Tea Day coming up in July. It was honestly just such a nice interaction. You don’t always see upper management step in like that, let alone with that much positivity and care for both their staff and customers.

Oh—and the tea was delicious, as always. I’ll definitely keep coming back, because of awesome people like Nathan and the whole team there.“
