“We’ve been to wing shack a couple times now, popped in on day one and a couple times after that. Today we got to try the full menu, and man oh man we were ever so happy!
Greeted at the register by one of our favorites Cheyenne, she’s awesome. We tried the bear hot style for the chicken sandwich and wow that sucker was good and brought many sweat and tears. Cameron came over to check on us throughout our meal and made our dining experience even better! We haven’t had a meal there we didn’t like, and will be frequenting this spot for sure.“

“Stopped by McAlister’s in Laramie last night to redeem my tea pass, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nathan (I’m guessing he’s the manager/owner). Hands down one of the nicest humans I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant.

The cashier helping me hadn’t redeemed a tea pass before, and Nathan immediately stopped what he was doing to help—no frustration, no impatience, just kindness. He walked her through it step by step and made sure she felt supported, not like she was bothering him.

While he helped with my transaction, we stood there just genuinely chatting about all the tea deals, including Free Tea Day coming up in July. It was honestly just such a nice interaction. You don’t always see upper management step in like that, let alone with that much positivity and care for both their staff and customers.

Oh—and the tea was delicious, as always. I’ll definitely keep coming back, because of awesome people like Nathan and the whole team there.“
