I feel like I'm in Heaven on Earth when she makes the Midwest Best sandwich. I have enjoyed many delicious sandwiches throughout my lifetime including a favorite in San Francisco. I can honestly say, Emma can make a sandwich that beats them all!

Her customer service has been extraordinary! Her kindness every time I have called or come in is exceptional! She always takes time for me as if I'm her only customer, even during rush hour.

Cheba Hut, you are very fortunate to have her efficiently running such a busy and demanding location for you.

“normally I recommend chicken fil a. today was a very different story. I ordered at 1.00 pm not much of a line and used gift cards to pay I always do. the girl couldn't run more than 1 card her machine jammed. my bill was 23.87 first 10.00 gift card went through she couldn't do any more payment so I had to go to the window they couldn't find the order causing the line to back up. then all you saw was panic. the person handing the food out the manager or line lead. the girl brought her tablet up they found the order ran my 10.00 card then my 8.20 card for a total of 28.20. the told me I owed them 5.24. I said it already accepted 10.00 you owe me 5.20 they said you have your food go on so we can get the line to move again. as they were trying to get the payment done they had 2 girl running back and forth delivering the food to the cars behind me. I was not impressed with the panic mode lack of training and the fact that they couldn't realize they owed me money. so I left for good. good bye“

“We were in town for a competition at the high school and I really wanted to try this place instead of eating a local restaurant. Loved the food and price for it. Restaurant is cute. I did notice that one table was told they could have free samples of whatever and another was told unlimited crackers/cookies. We were not told anything. Kinda disappointed.“

“We called to placed an order for pickup and spoke with Coy. The customer service Coy provides is above and beyond the best I've had in a long time. We were greated by Yami and she too was pleasant and positive to work with. It's been a long time since we have eaten a Caroli from Romas but we will be back for more. “My partner and I absolutely love Noodles and Co. It was one of the places we frequented when we began dating. We recently moved nearby this store and we were super excited to try it out. The majority of the time, we have either gone in or picked up food in the evening. We have never had any issues and it has been fantastic. However, we went in around 2:30 today and they messed up my order. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however after my partner went up to explain, they spoke poorly about us while still in earshot. Overall, it's a very good place but I will be avoiding going in during the daytime unfortunately.“
