Laramie local: Sushi Boat is underrated. I like their take on bibimbop and they have lots of tasty rolls with good quality rice. Owned by a friendly Korean couple who deliver great food and service. Rarely busy and has plenty of space inside.
Unexpected surprise! We love trying different foods and this one was definitely worth driving over the mountain from Cheyenne to give it a try. This offers some of the best Korean food I have ever eaten. Even though some of our party can be a little picky, they loved the different food, especially the lunch boxes.

Surprisingly better than it looks! Complete with western-style tables, booths, and sushi bar; but also has traditional pillow-seating booths and a separate full bar area. The service was a tad slower, but not unexpected for freshly prepared foods. The food was definitely fresh. Well plated, and tasty. All 5 of us were pleased with the experience. 🙂
