Love love love!! I’ve been many times and lately I’ve been addicted to the maple chai, it is heavenly! I tried a sandwich for the first time today, and oh my gosh, so good! The gluten free bread was surprisingly tasty. One of my go-to spots in Laramie!

Customer service 101: don't allow a phone-in customer to "cut" in line when you have customers waiting on service right in front of you. I arrived before the phone even rang, and without so much as a glance at me the front cashier picked up the phone and took a lengthy order. It was appalling to make me (and others gathering in line behind me) wait for the "preferred" customer on the phone who apparently placed some large lunch order that took at least five minutes. That phone-in customer should have been put on hold until the in-person customers were taken care of. Either that, or have someone other than the cashier pick up the phone. I left after five minutes (and four people behind me) without placing my own order. They will never have the opportunity to do that to me again, because I never return to Turtle Rock Cafe again.

Crowded little spot but I can see why! Their gluten-free bagels are great and they even ask if it's an allergy or preference when you order gluten-free so their kitchen can take the right precautions.

I only wish their seating was more comfortable. I would have probably stayed and gotten another drink while reading if it was.

easy to navigate space with lots of seating. coffee was wonderful as well as the food. i ordered my go to coffee order, a dirty chai, as well as one of their breakfast burritos. Seriously one of the best tasting chais i have had. it doesn't seem to be a homemade mix, but it was still delicious. i like my drinks on the sweeter side so it was perfect for me. the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.
