“Placed off I-80w in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, the Cowboy Cafe hands down has the "BEST" Chicken Fried Steak fresh out the fryer I have ever had!Fresh mashed potatoes with white gravy and steamed vegetable medley was ok. I would have appreciated a little butter on the veggies and the spuds for some added flavor, but overall ok!Also, I highly recommend the pulled pork Green Chili...deeeeeelish!“
