It was dry, almost stale, with a texture that suggested it had been sitting under a heat lamp far too long. The outer edges were unpleasantly tough, not crisp, and the interior was doughy in the worst way—like it had been undercooked and then forgotten. Even the seasonal berry compote, usually a saving grace, tasted flat and overly sweet, masking none of the waffle’s flaws. The real disappointment, though, was in the expectation. Pine markets itself as a place of elevated comfort food, where even something as simple as a waffle should feel thoughtfully crafted. But this felt phoned-in, like a freezer-section relic dressed up with a sprig of mint and a drizzle of syrup. There was no warmth in the flavor, no care in the texture, just a bland grid of missed opportunity. For a place that prides itself on authenticity and quality, the waffle was a glaring misstep—more style than substance, and hardly worth the price on the menu.

Great coffee. My family buys the beans here when then are in town. Espresso has a unique flavor. Nothing like I’ve ever tasted before No 8 oz or 10 oz cappuccino only a 6 oz. Just order a latte

Great atmosphere to grab a good coffee and quick snack for dine in or carry out. The waffles are definitely a house special with different toppings from chocolate to cinnamon.

We try to support local places when we travel and coffee is no exception. However, I ordered a large iced mocha and a hot drip. My husband trashed the drip after tasting it. He said it tasted sour & burnt. My mocha? That was an iced latte with cocoa powder. Everyone knows that when you use pure cocoa powder it rarely ever dissolves and if it does it turns to clumps. I took one sip & realized what was in my coffee. It was clumpy and kept getting stuck in the straw. I eventually trashed it. What a waste of money. The worst part of our experience was that we didn’t even get a “thank you” or a “have a nice day” or even a “go pound sand”. Great customer service can help overlook the flaws in what you places serve. Had I gotten a thanks I probably would have never left a review. I’m guessing they weren’t grateful that we bought from them. We won’t be back.

This is such a cute little coffee shop in Pinedale. The atmosphere is very cozy, and you could get a lot of work done here while also feeling a breeze from outside. The coffee itself was amazing!! Reasonably priced too :)
