Stockman's Saloon & Steakhouse is a pleasant surprise in West of the Winds. The welcoming atmosphere and great people make dining there a joy. The prime rib is awesome, and the quality dark beer on tap is a plus. The interior is fantastic, especially the saloon on the East side. The prime rib sandwich is fantastic, and the ribeye steak is great, though it comes with a light sauce/gravy. The only downside is the limited soda options, but the overall dining experience is excellent. It's a much-needed addition to Sublette County, and worth a return visit for the fabulous steaks and upscale dining.
