One reason I love living West of the Winds is the great people! A part I don't care for so much is the "mañana time" aspect that almost all local businesses have. I expected the same of Stockman's but was pleasantly surprised. My last time visiting a couple of years ago the food was OK, much like outback, however the prices were too high for my liking. I returned last week with a friend, and was thrilled. No, it isn't a big-city steakhouse where servers wear uniforms and are eloquent & aloof - and I am thrilled. I have been out doing some ELR Shooting with a pal, and we were dusty and not well-kempt, but we were very welcomed. My prime rib was awesome, and they actually had a quality dark beer on tap! My pal and I got out for $110 including gratuity, and we both had satisfied palates and stomachs.Nice job team Stockman's!

Great atmosphere. We went to the saloon on the East side of the building. The interior is great. The bar is great. Drinks were ok...they offered me a rum & Coke made with some Coke from a 20% full plastic bottle. They don't have all soda on tap. Prime rib sandwich was fantastic. French fries were okay. Some other food that I saw at the bar looked pretty good. All in all, it was a great dining experience. I will return. It is a much-needed addition to Sublette County.

Fabulous steaks. Everything was upscale. I would have preferred a salad option over seasonal veggies, but the veggies were good.Ribeye was great.Caution they do put a light sauce/gravy on the steaks, not a big flavor to it, but you might ask them to put it on the side.

One of the best places to eat, steak was cooked perfectly, I liked the pasta but it was interesting with many different vegetables that I wasn't completely sold on.

Biggest NY strip I've ever had. Cooked perfectly, potato boat was excellent, and the veggies were great too. Service was fantastic. Exceeded all expectations.

Driving through on way to Yellowstone from Arkansas. Wasn't sure about stopping, since review was only 4.4, but so glad we did! The food was fantastic! We both do most of our own cooking, from scratch, so we're very picky about restaurant food. This restaurant didn't disappoint. Best food we've had in

Best burger I’ve had in a long time and cooked perfectly. Same goes for the popcorn chicken and bbq sauce such good flavor. Service was good as it gets too. Thanks -

To sum it. . . . Don't stop here unless you have hours to wait! The food was mediocre for the price, and yes, we waited an hour and a half to get it. There were only 5 tables with guests, so why it took so long was even a mystery to our server. Very disappointed.

Fun bar with delicious food!!! Spent the night in Pinedale, and wanted a good steak. The Bear Den was a bit far, so tried this place. OMG! The prime rib was amazing!! Luckily we shared as it was HUGE!! Their mashed potatoes were tasty and we loved the vegetables. A great little medley! I had a nice cab with it and it was perfection! It's my new favorite!!

Don't waste your time or money. Called multiple times for a reservation (nobody answered). Ordered a simple Hamburger and Burnt End Tips and both were hard to consume, as overcooking was definitely the issue. Service was adequate, however no offer to correct the situation. There are other places to eat in this area that are superb....just not this one.

My husband and I were traveling through and arrived at 8 PM on a Saturday evening. We were seated right away though they were quite busy. We ordered the mango habanaro wings, the brisket nachos (subbed pulled pork for the brisket) and the mango green salad.Everything was wonderful. I was happy that the wings had the mango habanaro sauce on the side as I can't handle very much spice. It was so good, it wasn't too spicy, but I have a very tender mouth. The wings had to be the best we've ever had. Crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. ?When we go through Pinedale again, I will definitely want more!!!Our waitress was wonderful, the service was good for a busy as they were, and the atmosphere was okay. Oh, and I forgot to take photos.

Wasn't sure what to think. The menu was somewhat limited and different than what I expected from a steakhouse. Started with a split femur. Never had that before. Might not get it again. No fault of the chef, just not my thing. My kiddo had pasta and for the $$$ the portion was laughable at best. Seriously, it's pasta, it's a kids menu. Give some more food. Come on. The ribeye was delicious however, the addition to steak sauce on the bottom of the plate was a terrible idea. If you are a steakhouse, own the steak. Don't hide it in sauce. Now there wasn't a lot of it but enough to notice. The ribeye had a decent char, but had a few sections with a lot of chew so I'm skeptical of the choice of cut. Didn't get a lot of marbled fat either. The side veggies were awesome. The potato, awesome. I just hoped this place would shock me being in a small town in Wyoming.

Fantastic food! We started off in the bar and had a couple of drinks before our reservation. The bar service was on point. Once we were seated, the service was top notch as well. We ordered the calamari to start and it was like no other calamari I've ever had. It was more of a solid steak like cut instead of rings, it was the most delicious calamari I've ever had! The prime rib was so tender, and so flavorful cooked perfectly some of the best ever. If you are ever in Pinedale, this is a must visit. They are only opened Thursday through Sunday so we ended up staying an extra day so we could eat there and it was well worth it.
