Food was good and hot! Much better for fast food than Taco Bell. Had a small order problem but the staff corrected it.
Great employees, great food. Respectful, courteous.
Understaffed and somewhat disorganized, ordered at 7, got food at 7:20, got home and realized I didnt have everything so I drove back, had to wait 5+ minutes to even be noticed at the counter and the guy commented on how long ago I ordered... I understand being short staffed and am a patient person, however waiting that long just to be noticed was a bit ridiculous

Taco John's is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly staff. In the morning drive-thru, employees are always cheerful and grateful, serving up delicious food. The restaurant's sweet tea is a standout, earning the title of "best in Park County." The Powell Taco John's has always had great customer service, and you can see they always do their best to make the customers happy. The night manager was running the whole store with only one other person, serving hot and fresh food made extra delicious. Quality has recently improved, though some items may be out of stock. Parking is easy, but the drive-thru can be slightly tough with a longbed truck. Whether you're greeted by a familiar face or a new one, you can expect a pleasant experience at Taco John's.
