Let me start by saying if you expect fine dining in a truck stop cafe, your going to be disappointed nearly every time.
This was typical truck stop cafe food.
I had the roast beef and it had good flavor, my wife had chicken strips. They were over cooked a bit. Her Mac and cheese had been left in the over too long as it was drying out and only half of it could be consumed. If you are traveling through Wyoming and do not want fast food, this is a good alternative.

Amazing waitresses that respond well to kindness and respect. Had the tastiest (lunch) night crew is a different story... Quality food served pretty quick. Had smashburgers, chili cheese fries and onion rings.
