“We didn't eat at this location so I can't speak about the food. We stopped to take a break from driving and use the restroom. What I can say is the staff are friendly, location was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked. The parking lot is large and can accommodate trucks with trailers. A great place to stop off the freeway.“

“Taco John's is a childhood favorite so I was so excited to have the food on my trip as Taco John's is not in my area. The food was fresh and my daughters burrito was hot. The potato Ole's were great. But my soft tacos barely had any meat and it was cold. Somewhat disappointing. But some of the flavor was there and it took me back to my early years. Wish the restaurant chain was farther spread than Wyoming and Colorado.“
“Lukas, and staff; We’re responsible, respectful, clean. I’m a veteran I come in towards the end of day. Staff always are nice always ready to run in the back to get extra meats and veggies. I recommend coming here. Thank you.“

“Outstanding customer service, customer driven management, team work, and effective communication during stressful situation. These are the attributes that come to mind when thinking back on my most recent visit to Taco Bell in Rock Springs, WY. I have been to other Taco bell locations in WY and have never had the type of welcoming and accommodating experience I had in Rock Springs, WY. I ordered my items in the app and for some reason it didn't go through correctly and the team missed seeing my order. The manager was apologetic and prompt to correct the situation. They team worked quickly to get my order out which I was grateful for but I wasn't in a rush. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality assurance with my food. Keep it up Rock Springs! You all are always the best!
Parking: Very open parking lot with semi truck or truck and trailer parking on the street directly next to the establishment.“

“It's McDonald's, what can I say? Everyone who works at McDonald's should get paid more money per hour! They all deserve to get paid more! Every one of them!

“I do not like a computer greets me!!! I KNOW…. Personal greetings/ human interaction is going to be a thing of the past…but… the prices are out of the roof!!! Don’t go there anymore…unless it’s breakfast….too expensive fast food for me and mine!!!“

“The guys here were very patient and nice. I got the outlaw with double meat, toasted, and a churro. It was perfect! And the one guy wore his beard net the whole time. Both wash their hands and re gloved every time they stepped away as well.

“If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in here and there was 3 young kids trying to order sandwiches and had no idea what they were doing so I decided to help them, Employee Julie I think her name was, was a sweetheart. She held her patience which I saw was starting to wear out dealing with those kids, however she kept her patience and a professional tone and never raised her voice to them, she was very nice to those kids. She thanked me for helping them and thanked me for coming to subway. Great service is hard to find these days and Julie went above and beyond to make sure everyone that comes in here has a wonderful experience. I will always go to this subway now instead of the one by Walmart! The best customer service Ive ever had at a Subway!!!“

“You worry when you walk into a dine-in restaurant during the dinner hour and see all the chairs upside down on the tables. Is dine-in even available? Fortunately, the hostess/server said yes, and seated us in a booth -- surrounded by table with upside-down chairs.
That was really the only thing wrong with the place. It was clean, the food hot and fresh, the service quite good. I'd eat there again.“

“They are consistently decent, and consistently forget the Chili sauce even if you ask. Some employees have excellent customer service, others have room to improve. However the food is always good and cooked properly.
