My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. There were lots and lots of people was that it took to long to get your waffles but they were very good. Coffee was a bit too strong for me
