On top of the world. 3” of fresh powder last night! Good cruising!
My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. The smells of waffles tantalize or senses with visions of syrup covered slopes of delicious heavenly cooked waffles. We were not disappointed. Wow!! I don't know if it was the ambience of the mountains that added to the elevation of those circles of moist flour and eggs and butter or just their own merit. Either way, mountains, waffles, Wyoming, or God's gastronomic intervention the reputation was well supported by my taste buds. I humbly extend my gratitude for one of life's hidden treasures. Yuuuummmy!

I thought I reviewed this, but looking back for a friend I guess I didn't. Went in summer 2023, what a fun little place to protein up before hiking Rendezvous, or relax afterwards before going back down. Had the Gateway! Great combo.

Delicious waffles with a beautiful view! Prices aren’t bad and the waffles are fluffy and full of flavor. Great place to sto after riding the aerial tram.

The service was great, and the location is equal to no other. The waffles were very dry and crumbly, and they charge a premium for them. You would think that since waffles are the only thing they make, they would taste better.

Family owned restaurant atop Rendezvous Mountain peak in Grand Teton. What they say about the taste is absolutely true. The service is also impeccable! Family owned since 1965!!!
