The best sushi I’ve had in a long time… I have my favorite place back home, but wasn’t expecting such wonderful sushi out in the middle of the Grand Tetons!
Get the Bao Pork bun as well.
Portions are perfectly sized, service is top grade, and atmosphere is delightful.

After having this restaurant on our list, all season, we finally went! It was truly the best experience, Will is a phenomenal sushi chef and was so kind to us during our meal. If you get the chance to have Luke as a waiter, consider yourself lucky! Every aspect of our experience was exceptional, and we will be putting Shin Shin on our regular rotation!

Shin Shin is an upscale Japanese restaurant in Teton Village offering a delightful dining experience. The sushi and cocktails are praised for their excellence and freshness. This must-go place for dinner has fantastic sushi that competes with top places. The restaurant boasts a beautiful setting and fantastic service. Highlights include the karaage appetizer, unique maki rolls like shishito crunch and buri crunch, and amazing nigiri, with special butterfish being a standout. Drinks are also highly recommended.
