My husband and I were hesitant to try here because of the lower rating but boy, am I glad that we did it anyways!!! Everything was AMAZING! The steak was great quality and had wonderful flavor. They had by far the best creme brulee that I’ve ever had.. I literally dream about that dessert now!!!Forget the others ratings, EAT HERE!!! (and have some creme brulee for me!)

It’s spring break so it’s a bit crazy. Things aren’t stocked (I’m talking about the coffee bar nearby and the little market). The bar isn’t separate from the lobby and reception area of the hotel. We can hear the music and people at the other restaurant. The doors are open, creating a cross wind, so it’s really cold. It’s April and temps are in the 30s.I loved loved loved my husband’s prime rib French dip sandwich. It’s like French onion soup in sandwich form.I got the burger and it was good but not as good as I’d hoped. I don’t know why it wasn’t more flavorful. We got the Black Forest cake. It’s layered and lighter than straight up chocolate cake. The cherry layer was sweet and stronger than I expected it to be. But we enjoyed it.Service was good but I didn’t know we could’ve gone to the restaurant and it has a view. We asked staff and this is where the restaurant was and they directed us. It looks like the menu is the same. I really wish we’d gone there instead.

I ordered the chicken breast for Christmas dinner. It was definitely not a Christmas miracle.Bone-dry chicken, took one bite out of it and it cut my appetite. As a former professional chef, chicken is the easiest meat to cook and give flavor to. It’s so sad that we had to endure this waste of money and time. Also, the sauce on my plate had dried up meaning it was sitting in the service window for at least 10-20 minutes. On top of that, I went here five or six years ago, and their bison burger literally tasted like FISH!It has been closed for the past couple of years and should remain that way. Or at least a new chef. Please.

Spent 2 nights at Snake River Lodge and Spa. Ate Mangy Moose first night...food was ok...small portions...big price. Second night we came downstairs to Gamefish. We wished we had just eaten here both times! Every one loved it. Wild Pacific Saloon, Bowl of Kobe beef, Buffalo, & Elk Chili, Grilled chicken salad and 2 Huckleberry Mojitos. Our service from Aleks Aleksiev was excellent 5 stars!!

The food was great! We had the nachos to start, 12oz Strip for our entree, and crème brûlée and the flourless chocolate cake for dessert! Everything was delicious and service was great! Will be back for sure!

Restaurant in the beautiful snake river lodge was surprisingly the worst service I've ever gotten in a high end resort setting. Server forgot to put in my order and then had another staff member approach the table 20 minutes after my friend was finished theirs to ask if I "still wanted my meal", as if my hunger miraculously subsided from their mistake. Not only did they not apologize, they didn't offer any type of compensation like any reasonable restaurant would. I still recommend the hotel/spa but I would avoid this restaurant for sure.

Minestrone was delicious. The salmon burger was quite good and salad also. The wait staff were very welcoming as well.

Got the $42 new york strip steak. It was big but kinda tough. It was not bad but it was not worth $42. It was properly cooked. The view from our table was the bar in one direction, and the check-in counter in the other. We didn't see any horses out the window. The staff did a great job - couldn't have had a better server. It was just not the atmosphere we expected it to be.

Reserved this 5 months ago with two queen beds through Hotels.com. Upon arrival to the room, we saw that it was left open. Walk in and saw a king bed. Our view was a wooden wall. Go downstairs and ask for this to be corrected and we are told no and that all rooms were taken. Finally get back downstairs and we are told we could have 2 queen beds for 2 of our 4 nights but we would have to switch to a King after the first two. Very excited about our queen beds and we got the SAME lovely view of a wooden wall. $1K for four nights and utterly disappointed.

My husband & I stay here every time we come to Jackson Hole. Always friendly staff, great breakfasts (even during COVID, LOVED the chocolate crossiants!) & overall a great lodge. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay at Snake River. The hotel went above and beyond to work around the Covid guidelines to continue to provide food options, excellent service and helpful staff. The slopes were around the corner! Parking is free so be sure to ask at the front desk when you check in for a tag. Room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was excellent in taking care of our room needs during the week. Huge shout out to Ally for all the recommendations and help on our dinner orders through the hotel. Excellent representation of hospitality! We can't wait to return.
