They asked me what special events we were having that night, and I told him it was my birthday. But I never received a dessert or anything at the end. I ordered the Wagyu steak, which comes with one free topping, and I asked for peppercorn, but it was never included. The waitress was too hard to find to stop the meal, so we just ate and left.

Gorgeous views and outstanding service!! We would definitely dine here again! Eight of us enjoyed cocktails appetizers and different entrees and we were all pleased with our choices. Our waiter Lee was very attentive to our requests. The rum cake was a hit with everyone for dessert! We did not feel rushed at all and we had a 2 hour dining window.

The food is just a strong OK, but we heard & knew that going in. You are paying premium food $$$ for the elevated stunning views. We did learn they have a small grill that serves pizza😉

We were visiting Jackson Hole and were told about the dining experience at Piste. We absolutely enjoyed our evening. The gondola ride and views added to our overall experience. Our server, Matthew was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list and menu offerings. I had the scallops over truffles risotto and my husband had the wagyu steak, both were excellent. The vibe was great. We would highly recommend spending the evening at Piste.

Piste Mountain Bistro was the perfect combination of incredible views, cozy mountain ambiance, and delicious food. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The setting at the top of the mountain made the entire experience feel extra special. Highly recommend making this a must-do if you're in Jackson Hole!

Outstanding restaurant with a breathtaking view. Steaks were excellent and we ordered every desert on the menu and they were amazing. 10/10

The view is the absolute best part of this restaurant. We had a 6:45 reservation, booked a month in advance, and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The menu is nothing spectacular. The food was average. But the service....the worst we've ever had. To spend this kind of money and have such bad service really ruined the meal. Our waiter was sloppy, had no attention to detail, bragged about (very loudly) how it is so easy to get a job here, he didn't even have to try. He man-handled our wine bottle, touching the rim all over, also bragging that this was the only 4th bottle of wine he has ever opened. The management needs to extensively train employees that don't have experience in finer dining establishments. This guy would fit in at a dive bar. We very much wish we would have gotten a pizza and sat outside at the deck, with the same beautiful view, a much smaller bill, and much better food and service.

The server was wonderful. She was very friendly. We loved the food. I had their homemade soup. My husband has the wagyu burger and fries. The view cannot be beat. It's a beautiful place to have dinner or cocktails.

Excellent views, very good food, except the dessert was a disappointment. Service was somewhat slow, but with that view, not a problem. Food was somewhat pricey. Great for a one and done.

Our server Lee was great. He was attentive and had a great personality. The food was overpriced for the quantity and quality. You're pretty much paying for a view.

Went on opening night so figured there could be hiccups. They forgot about us at the bar when we arrived early for our reservation. We were early bc there was no clear instructions/directions how to arrive via gondola. Where to park, board, pay etc. should maybe be included with reservation details. You don't need to pay for the gondola btw if you have a reservation. Food was just ok and service was good but not the best for the price and location. View was obviously stunning and what you're paying for.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Piste. The food was delicious, and service was excellent. My only complaint was that we had difficulty resolving an issue using Open Table to modify our reservation. I resolved that by dealing directly with the restaurant.

What makes the Piste is the dining experience. At the top of the gondola with stunning views, it is spectacular. And watching the snow cats dance is so fun. The food was a bit inconsistent - the ribs were overcooked and the chocolate dessert was uninspiring. Cocktails were fun but very expensive. Staff was friendly and fun.

Dining at the Piste Mountain Bistro was an outstanding experience. The food was fabulous, the view was stunning and the service provided by Matt was as polished and professional as it was warm and friendly.
