After having this restaurant on our list, all season, we finally went! It was truly the best experience, Will is a phenomenal sushi chef and was so kind to us during our meal. If you get the chance to have Luke as a waiter, consider yourself lucky! Every aspect of our experience was exceptional, and we will be putting Shin Shin on our regular rotation!

I guess when this is one of the few choices in town for Sushi, it will be considered a good choice. First of all, why isn’t there a sign on the outside to tell you where the restaurant is?
We made reservations and were able to sit right away in a tiny little two sitter table, which was close to others and felt very crowded. I learned a bunch of marketing strategies from the guy who was sitting in the table next to me literally felt like he was sitting with us.
Lots of families all around with kids, loud place that felt congested. I had to walk out to get some fresh air in the middle of the dinner as it smelled like fried food in there.
The service was good and the waiter had to apologize that they only had one chef that night and it will take longer to get the food out. Took about 45 minutes to get the food trickling out. Was kind of annoying, especially when you see other tables getting food constantly. The actual food was very good and delicious. We got the chef choice for $150 for a couple. Not sure it was really worth it, I mean, this is very expensive for a couple of sushi rolls a couple of sashimi and a few other little things. This place obviously caters to skiers who need a drink at the end of the day.
It is what it is in a small town.

Unreal food quality, best sushi I’ve ever eaten. Service was impeccable. Sit at the bar, the chef Will made it a real experience.

Shin Shin is a must in TETON VILLAGE! My husband and I stopped in here on our honeymoon one night and made reservations at the bar! Hunter is the best! We LOVED the menu and sushi so much that we came back the very next night for an app and cocktail! We loved the sushi rolls we got (tuna and salmon own), shishitos, and the wagyu over rice! Everything was so fresh and amazing! We loved the sushi bar experience and ambience as well. Definitely go and share and try as much of this beautifully, crafted menu with your partner and/or friends! ! !

Sat at the sushi bar, and was entertained and dazzled by Will. I was blown away by the quality of sushi at Jackson Hole. This far exceeded my expectations. This is a must for anyone who wants to enjoy sushi while skiing. For $100, I went with the Chef choice, and would 💯 % come. Hunter looked busy, supporting the rest of the restaurant while Will served us.

Truly exceptional and right in Teton Village!
Pretty sure they had the best fish I’ve ever had (including in Japan and Hawaii). The happy hour is legit with filling bao buns and ramen. Plenty of food options and everything was delicious. Service was top notch as well.

The food was absolutely terrible. The crispy rice came out cold - how does that even happen? It clearly wasn’t fresh. Then we ordered the “ceviche,” and I don’t think they know what ceviche is, because that definitely wasn’t it. It also had a spoiled aftertaste. The ramen came out cold as well. The pork was chopped into tiny pieces, which was already strange, and there was barely any of it. Overall, this place was a major disappointment.

This destination dinner was the highlight of our short vacation from Ohio…not only were the food and scenery and ambiance Top Notch , but what even made it more special and unique was getting the chance to talk with the very humble and talented sushi chefs , Will and Hunter , along with waitress, Hailey . It’s the kind of meal/atmosphere/experience that makes you grateful for the experience but also sad that it is over. You all will never be forgotten… keep chasing your dreams and being amazing !!!

This restaurant deserves a top spot on your Jackson itinerary. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is unforgettable—cozy fireplaces, stylish couches and chairs, a charming balcony, and even thoughtful touches like the soap in the bathroom all contribute to an elevated, inviting vibe.
And then comes the food—somehow even better than the atmosphere. We were lucky to snag seats at the bar, where we watched Hunter and Will craft each sushi dish with incredible skill and precision. We ordered a lot (no regrets!), and while we poured soy sauce into the dish out of habit, we never touched it. The flavors and sauces in every bite were so well-balanced, so delicious, it simply wasn’t needed.
Without a doubt, this was the best meal we had in Teton Village/Jackson—hands down. A huge thank you to Hunter, Will, and Haley for not only the exceptional food but also the warm and attentive hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Love the low-key, indoor/outdoor vibe in the summer. Favorite dishes: cucumber salad w/ tofu, gyoza, wagyu, uni from Hokkaido, kampachi hand roll. Plus they have lambrusco!

Our favorite meal enjoyed in Teton Village! We came at 5:30pm with a toddler and baby and were treated with excellent service. We loved the citrus salmon and surf & turf maki and all of the signature nigiri. Beautiful setting and top notch sushi freshness & flavors
