While I agree with other reviewers that the service and atmosphere are fantastic, and there probably aren’t good options for Japanese food in town (except the excellent Omakase in Four Seasons), I am obliged to dissent on the taste of the food. We ordered Ramen, Hamachi collar and Gyoza and they are simply overflowing with soy sauce. Certainly way more soy sauce than restaurants in Japan or other Japanese restaurants throughout the country. Beware, unless you are in fact looking for very salty soy sauce infused food. The price of the sashimi is also twice market rate, for $6 you get one slice whereas you often get 2 nigiri or 3 slices for sashimi, even in a decent Japanese restaurant in SF or NYC.

For a Japanese restaurant run by white guys, I was impressed. It of course is incredibly expensive, far more than Manhattan etc, because it's the most upscale restaurant in teton village. All the sushi and cocktails were excellent with very fresh fish. They also have a happy hour with 20% off until 5 which brings the price down into normal expensive territory.

Fabulous Japanese! Anywhere in the world this is hands down an A+++ experience and not to be missed. Super fresh, clean and delicious flavors. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. And, Vivian the manager is just delightful. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We dined here this past fall and we had a fabulous time. Chef Josh is a true artist, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us an amazing dining experience at the sushi bar. Ford knows his wine, sake and can make a mean martini. They both took great care of us and everything is worth sampling. So great to finally have a phenomenal sushi spot in the Village. Can’t wait to try their winter menu!

Excellent Sushi flown in from Japan! Anthony is an excellent chef and took care of us at the sushi bar. Josh was also great. The manager, Eli, checked in on us regularly and made sure we had a good time. He even brought us some of his special gelato which was amazing. Definitely give this a try when you are in Jackson!
