For a Japanese restaurant run by white guys, I was impressed. It of course is incredibly expensive, far more than Manhattan etc, because it's the most upscale restaurant in teton village. All the sushi and cocktails were excellent with very fresh fish. They also have a happy hour with 20% off until 5 which brings the price down into normal expensive territory.
Fabulous Japanese! Anywhere in the world this is hands down an A+++ experience and not to be missed. Super fresh, clean and delicious flavors. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. And, Vivian the manager is just delightful. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Coming from NYC - this place stands out for its unique approach and quality of fish. While one may expect it to be another luxury fake-out with truffle overload, it actually impressed with simple yet experiment flavors with every dish. Aside from the food, interior is very cosy and tasteful and the people were delightful.
