It was a nice evening, but the prime rib that I ordered was mostly a chunk of fat and cold. Baked potato was small and also cold, it would not even melt the small cubes of butter. 5 little pieces of baby carrots. Salad bar was good. Price is way to high, $ 40.00 for a disappointing meal.

Great portion sizes, steak was cooked perfectly, everything was yummy! We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer and couldn't even put a dent in it. We ended up taking over 2 3rds of it home. Fun atmosphere, great service!

First time here to celebrate a special occasion. We had prime rib on a Wednesday and it was of good quality with TONS of food. (Reservations required for prime rib) Salad bar was phenomenal. However from the moment we sat down We felt like a nuisance instead of valued customers with little to no contact with our wait staff. We aren’t needy or demanding people but felt like the friendliness and value was not there. Hopefully it was just an off night! We live an hour away and were really excited to try Dads after all we have heard. I’m not sure we will go back.

Dad’s Bar and Steakhouse is hands-down the absolute best dining experience in the entire Rocky Mountains! If you're planning to go, make your reservations early—this place is always packed, and for good reason. The Prime Rib is out-of-this-world tender, the filet mignon melts in your mouth, and the baseball sirloin? Unbelievably juicy and flavorful. Every bite here is perfection! You seriously cannot miss this place.
