“I ordered a burger well done with fries the evening of May 25, 2026. It arrived raw in the middle. I pointed this out. They took it back. I thought they would make me a new one, but it arrived back as though it was put in an oven and reheated. The bun was crunchy, the burger was tough, the tomato and lettuce wilted badly, and the fries were too tough to eat. Not nice! Ruined our night out!
As we were preparing to check out of our RV site, the Owner of Billy’s stopped by our lot and asked about the 1-Star review that I left. I explained the above. He explained that it was a one-off day and that he was not there. He assured me his staff had been trained better than that and wanted to make it good. We declined his generous offer to make us lunch before we pulled out. I totally understand that these types of things happen and being a small business owner myself, I agreed to move my star to a five-star as to improve his overall newer rating. I could see without a doubt his business made an error, as we are all human. I could tell that if I went back someday, I would received good service. Thank you Eric for making the effort. I really appreciate and wish you great success!!!“
