A charming place to dine after a hike.
There are enough gluten free options on the menu which is hard to come by in the park.
The food was fresh and tasty.
We really enjoyed the views of Lake Yellowstone.
Our party of three senior adults, relatively experienced with US and world travel and mid-scale facilities, stayed for one night over at Lake Lodge but had dinner in the Hotel Dining Room.

One of us had the cassoulet, duck leg and "jackalope" sausage. The duck was somewhat fatty, though I'm not a big fan of duck so your mileage might vary. The sausage was mostly pork, and OK, but *considerably* hotter-spiced than I expected or the menu informed....
The breakfast buffet is OK. Barely worth the price. The pancakes are decent. It's Yellowstone, can't expect to much. I forgot to take pictures, but we both filled up, so can't complain.
