The menu offers a variety including bison burger and fries, roasted chicken, vegetarian enchiladas, wings, and carnitas, with items like the Yellowstone Caldera Cake for dessert. The variety of bourbons and cocktails, such as The Old Scout Bourbon on ice, is a plus. Reviews note the food can be excellent and delicious, with some dishes described as absolutely delicious, good, or excellent. However, consistency varies, with one night being excellent and another just ok, and some sides noted as bland or mediocre.
