Good food, friendly and cozy atmosphere.
Food was good and service was good.
Great spot for lunch in Carcross. I had the poutine with bbq chicken and it was perfect for the cold day. Others in my group got the burger and they said it was a very good hamburger. Just note that it will get busy when the train or coaches arrive. Even when they were busy, the staff was friendly and made sure we were all helped.

The Bistro is a delightful dining spot that offers an excellent culinary experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service. The servers were fabulous and so helpful. The menu features a range of delicious dishes, including the Grilled Chicken, Aurora Salad, and the Swiss Neutrality Burger. Customers have praised the quality of the food, with the Halibut fish and chips and the Bison burger being particularly popular and amazing. The homemade cheesecake was the best and the restaurant also offers a selection of local beers from Whitehorse breweries and good hot chocolate. Everything was great and totally worth it. Guests also loved the Lemon Poppy Seed and Banana Nut bread. While some customers have noted that the portions could be slightly larger, overall, The Bistro is a reliable and enjoyable dining option in the Carcross area.
