We are germans, visiting Canada. And germans are very picky, when it comes to bread. Mostly we wouldn't even consider to call things bread.
By "accident" we bought a bread from landed bakehouse in a supermarket near Whitehorse. And that bread was absolutely perfect, even for us.
delicious! a saturday habit
Michael and the team do a consistently great job from scotch eggs and sausage rolls, through the massed ranks of sourdough breads to my own favourite the lemon curd tart with the gingerbread man. Fully recommended.
