Sanchez Cantina is an authentic Mexican restaurant with a great atmosphere, run by a local family. The decor is fun with a wide selection of Mexican curios. The ambiance can be loud, not ideal for a quiet date night. The halibut dish is well-prepared and delicious, served with tasty black beans and fresh salad. However, they charge extra for salsa to accompany the chips. Some customers found the service a bit slow and were disappointed that tortillas are not automatically served with meals.
