My new favorite place to eat. Fabulous Asian soups made with bone broth and all great ingredients. Udons. Ramens. Thai. Korean. Can't wait to go again! Place is now called the Night Market. Wonderful!!!!

Pretty competent bowl of Shoyu ramen in a location you really wouldn’t expect it!Strong points: noodles are pretty good, bowl is filling! Service is fast, friendly, attentive.Points of improvement:1)Dashi would be better from scratch with kombu, for applications like ramen where broth really matters the packaged stuff is pretty evident. However not sure if this is realistic in the Yukon… Still, this REALLY took me out of the eating experience2) Pork belly is not reaaaally...
