Not only was the flavor perfectly balanced, this ice cream was creamy and left a great mouth feel after each bite.Earnest Ice Cream knows what they’re doing. Even their cone game was strong. Not so hard that you have to struggle to bite into it, but stable enough that it doesn’t fall to pieces or leak ice cream out the bottom.“

“One of the BEST gelatos I’ve had (best one in Canada & U.S.)!!!!!! I even asked if the owners were Italian!! It is simply amazing. Every time I go in, I’m blown away by the quality and taste. You can tell the owner takes pride in their staff, establishment, but especially their product! Homemade on the spot. My favorite is salted caramel. Lots of flavors to choose from! I make it a point to stop in whenever I’m downtown.“

The cream is very light and almost not sweet, the yuzu custard is sour and refreshing, and the yuzu jam on the top has a rustic texture and is the main source of sweetness in the entire tart. Although the tart shell is not as stunning as the buttery flavor of batard tart, it better matches the fresh flavor profile of the entire tart. The taste is very layered, and you won’t feel sweet at all after eating the whole thing.??Caramel banana puff: I originally wanted to eat walnut earl gray, but I never got it. I rarely eat desserts that feature bananas, but this one is really good. The cream is light and has a slight caramel flavor, relying on the caramel and banana puree on top to add sweetness. There are actually bananas inside the puff pastry, and the slightly hard texture (I really hate soft bananas?‍?) goes well with the caramel sauce(?). The puff pastry is still crispy even if it is placed in the refrigerator for two hours, and it is not greasy because it is not heavy with oil. IMO it has richer taste than beta5 and is more worth eating.??sea salt chocolate: The dark chocolate mousse is rich and slightly bitter, and the sponge cake is not strong. It is delicious but not as amazing as the previous two.The packaging is very exquisite and has the feel of a domestic cake shop. I look forward to trying the matcha tart and walnut earl gray puff in the store!“

“Personally found the drinks better than the food they provide. Ordered the Yakult Strawberry Yogurt and the Strawberry Banana Yogurt. Both were good choices and a change of pace from the regular milk tea places. The consistency is more thick but still smooth to drink. If you haven't tried this place yet, I would go and find out how good an alternative to milk teas and other teas can be. What brought my rating down was the food experience. The Matcha Yuzu Bun was really hard to eat (literally could not use the plastic spoon to break into the bun) and seemed bland. Overall, great drinks and the space is moderately nice to sit and spend some time with others. Does not hold a lot of people. The worker was also nice and friendly.“

The barista knew what she was doing. This place is a great alternative to generic Starbucks coffee houses. On top of great coffee they offer a quiet number of ice cream / gelato options.“

The name has factory in it, but the portions are not massive - they have portions from "I want ice cream now" to "I want ice cream for a month".Their variety packs also give a nice assortment of flavours and types of ice cream :)“

Diverse menu with options not available at most bbt shops. Excellent execution everytime and relatively “cheap”: easily one of my faves bbts in Vancouver. Only knock against it is that they’re sometimes take a bit longer to make the drinks“

“2024/4/15 I went to see cherry blossoms nearby. I thought there wasn’t much hot sugar water, but I didn’t know it was made on demand. Very satisfied. After opening at four o'clock, I sat there for an hour. There were very few people. It was mainly a night market. Will definitely come again!“

I was desperate to find a Dairy Queen that had a cake printer after another location said theirs broke (and didn't tell me until after 1-2 days) and being short on time I scored all around trying to find a Dairy Queen that would at the given time.Most of the stores didn't pick up the phone / didn't respond in time / hung up and didn't call back / didn't had a printer. I called this location and the guy easily said they can do it, no stress on the phone.I loved the little details they put on the cake, I would have loved to meet the decorator.I would definitely order from them again!!!
