“The food was amazing and presented with a good value. I was most impressed by The Galbi-jjim as well as the banchan with the dotori muk or acorn jelly noodle. Very fresh meat, good portions for sharing. I loved the bright lights, colors, and the giftshop.Dietary restrictions: Please note that some of the soups have shellfish in addition to the listed ingredients.Parking: The parking lot is completely free behind the gas station and there won't be no problems.Kid-friendliness: Sharing is not a problem the kids also can share from the combo grill plates. Plenty of non-alcoholic drinks are available to order.“

“It was our first time eating at Love Letter and we enjoyed the food. We tried some items we haven’t seen before like bulgogi pizza and bulgogi fries, both were delicious and would definitely recommend. We also tried their corn cheese and extra crispy wings, I’ve always seen videos of people wrapping the wings in the corn cheese and the combination was real good. The staff was very nice and attentive and we enjoyed how all the TVs were playing KPop music videos. We will definitely be coming back here“
“The food was delicious. We ordered the knife cut noodle soup and the spicy pork sizzler. Both were super fresh and you could taste the high quality ingredients! The bonchon were perfect too. Service from Ken to top it all off was excellent. Definitely coming back :)“
“Small, clean, and well organized store. Sheer variety of items available Is impressive. Cannot overstate the quality of this selections. Value and pricing are very reasonable also. I just wish this place was closer to me. What a hidden gem. Local businesses like this deserve your business because they do it right. Such a great place for Korean takeout food. Please keep in mind that this is not a restaurant take away catering is more apt. Make rice at home and everything else you can get from great business“

“Excellent service and great food! Had made a reservation for a large party, greeted us by name and tables were prepared with side dishes when we arrived. Waiter went above and beyond, was attentive and accommodating. Great quality food as well!“

“Stopped for dinner. We had yookgaejang and donkatsu in hich were ok but the server was extremely unattentive. It seems they need more servers for the number of customers at that time. Besides that, the restaurant was clean and three different kimchi were delicious.“
“A hidden gem in Diamond Bar!!! And they actually open until 10pm. For Diamond Bar standards that's pretty late. We love Tofu Bean - Diamond Bar. This Tofu Bean is owned by the same great owner of the Tofu Bean of Rowland Heights. Their Banchan (side dishes) are the best. The potato side dish and kimchi are my favorites. When you order a combination, the tofu soup is the same size as the regular tofu soup orders. Check them out - I highly recommend.“

“I had the Peking Duck Combo Meal twice, both times takeout and they were very good and tasty. The location was previously a Korean fast food and that’s why you see reviews of Korean food mixed in here. Google should really fix this problem.Back to the Duck Palace. The duck was well seasoned and delicious. The meat was carved out with both skin and meat so it is not just skin only. This is just another style of eating Peking Duck, not more or less “authentic “ as I had both styles in China, in Beijing no less. The combo meal comes with a Duck soup, first time it was real good, the second time I think the cook tipped the whole bottle of pepper in it ?. The carcass of the duck, mainly the neck and leg bones, were deep fried and they are surprisingly tasty, excellent when washed down with a cold beer.“

“If I could give Kimchi Delight six stars, I would! This place is an absolute gem for Korean cuisine lovers like myself. The Kimchi Rice here is a total bomb - spicy, tangy, and bursting with flavor in every bite. It's like a party in your mouth! And don't even get me started on the Ramen. It's simply amazing; I could slurp that broth all day. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are generous. The owner is very friendly and kind, she made me feel like I was invited to a family dinner.“

“I've ordered the bibimbap and soondubu combo for lunch before. It came with a huge portion of bibimbap. Also got the beef soondubu a couple times for dinner. I always get it mild, while my girlfriend gets it hot. I am not a huge fan of spicy foods so the mild was perfect for me. I also tried some of the hot soondubu and it wasn't overbearingly spicy. Now onto the taste...their soondubu is some of the best I've had in both Norcal and Socal. They also do not skimp on the beef or tofu!! Their banchan are also all very good, some are a little too salty, but still very tasty.“

“Amazing service from both of the owners. The restaurant is very clean and the restrooms are spotless. If you're wanting to go somewhere that feels like you're in a different country or are at home, this is the spot. Highly recommend coming here to enjoy and support a mom and pop business!“

“I've been a Young Dong regular for a long time and realized that I've never ordered their bibimbap! Their soondubu is a very solid option for the Chino Hills/Chino/Corona area, so usually I come here with friends to eat that and/or order takeout with my family. Decided on a whim that I wanted to try the bibimbap and it's among the better ones I've tried! I think the ingredients tasted really fresh, portion size was huge, and I thought the gochujang was more salty than sweet, which I really liked (most of the time I feel like it tends to be sweet). I got takeout and their wait times for food are generally a bit long, but I don't mind, just plan accordingly. Would definitely try the hot stone one in the restaurant!“

“A new Mochinut has opened in the city of Pomona and I have to say that the donuts from here were super fresh. You can taste the softness of the mochi in these amazing donuts! It's been a while but maybe because it is new they have high standards on their freshness. Their homer which is a pink-sprinkled one was delicious and I would say get this! I believe they have and carry different flavors from time to time and I did also enjoy the churro flavor as well.“

“So comforting! We have been eating here at the Combo House for many years with them gone through couple ownership changes. Always have lunch here after grocery shopping here at Hannam Korean Supermarket. It's convenient for us, food always made fresh and hot here. Owners cater mostly to older customers, working people in the areas, obvious busy moms and dads. These are typical homemade comfort food your grandma, auntie, mom would make at home for you. You will definitely love and appreciate. The food are on the neutral flavored side. So you won't feel thirsty like hell after eating here. We love their comforting service here as well. The owners are husband and wife team, hand make, cook and serve their food directly from the stoves to your table. Just like eating at home in your mom's kitchen on the floor. Korean Style!!“

“Comforting quality made Korean food wins me over once again. I gotta admit, I'm partial to tteokbokki, simply because it's just so good. Spicy, sweet, savory. What's there not to love!? Their version here was exceptional and probably the best I have I'd had in quite a while.I had the C set along with spicy chicken and Kimbap. Everything came out very hot and fresh. I like that it really seemed like it was all made in-house. The seaweed rice balls come with a lot of seaweed which works well. I've been to other places where you actually make the rice balls yourself, but these come out made already. The Veggie fries I think were mainly sweet potato which is my favorite part of veggie tempura. Tastes good with the tteokbokki sauce.Oh and back to the tteokbokki, they have different levels, and the server referred to the spice level that we chose as similar to buldak spicy noodles. I'd say that is a good comparison and most people would be happy with this spice level unless you just have a really high tolerance. The rice cakes had a good chew, not overcooked and I notice they cut like a lit slit in all the rice cakes so the sauce could get in there. The small details are appreciated. It's an unassuming quaint place that I think adds to the homely and comforting food. There are tablets at the table where you place your order. The server was nice and helpful as we had some questions when placing our order. If you're looking for some really good tteokbokki, make your way here!Cheers!“
“I stopped by looking for lunch on Thursday. This location is inside the World Market Korean supermarket on the right hand side. The location is really great for because it's close to the freeway. I ordered the 10 piece soy garlic wings. The total came out to about $20. Price is a little steep for wings. Surprisingly, the order came with about 5 potato swirls (imagine well done steak fries). The food overall was pretty good. Wings are made to order. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon. I requested the sauce be tossed with the wings. This made the sauce slide off the wings and all over the bottom of the foil, so I recommend asking for it on the side. Overall, it was pretty good! Just a little steep in price. We would get again!“

“Really lovely, kind, homey service (hot tea to start, they even wiped down the high chair for us) and delicious Korean food. We especially loved their 들깨칼국수 (noodles with perilla seed) which is filled with delicious veggies in a thick nutty soup. Side dishes were fresh and tasty and the spiced soy sauce to dip dumplings in was a nice touch.“
“It's located inside HMart Supermarket. If you are looking for Crispy Chicken Wings, This is the place. My favorite is their Garlic Soy flavor. They also have excellent spicy rice cake and fish cake with oden soup. Fast service and very friendly staff. Tables are available for sittings.“

“Finally decided to go beyond Rowland Heights to find another Soon Tofu place (besides BCD in Yes Plaza.) Thanks to Yelp, I found Myung Dong Tofu House in Diamond Bar. They have a large dining room with good size parking lot. The menu is pretty straightforward and they offer soon tofu only dishes as well as combos with soon tofu bowls. While they don't give everyone a small fried fish, they are $2 cheaper per soon tofu and have other solid side dishes. See my pics as well as the menu.“

“Nice place to have a cozy meal in a quiet and family-style Korean restaurant. First time here and did not know what to order. Their menu shows photos of dishes with lots of choices but we did not find one we felt comfortable in adventuring out. So we went with the basic - Korean seafood Tofu . It was a big mistake! They literally put a big piece of tofu over a few small mussels. Typically, there are small clams, shrimps , oysters and etc in the stew. Lessons learned for me! There is a tofu place across in the same plaza. Seems like this restaurant specializes in more authentic Korean dishes.“

“The food was delicious, especially the soup. I ordered the kimchi tofu soup. It was sizzling hot and came with a raw egg to crack into the soup. The restaurant is not pretty, but it is clean.I think my family and I were served by the tall lady that is mentioned in the reviews, however I think the service was good! She seated us an hour before closing, food was served fast, and it was delicious. What more can I ask for?“

“***UpdateVery pro active owner, respond right after my review. The owner contact me about the mixed order, they had my info down and promised me a right order next time.Ordered rose rice cake without cheese, they even write my order on the lid, but still I got the spicy one with cheese. I love their chicken wings, but the rice cake but I didn’t get what I order.“

“Went on a Monday night. There's only one person working cashier and tables but she does her best to keep up. I think the prices went up just like everywhere else because I thought I remember most dishes being $15 before, but I also could be remembering lunch prices rather than dinner.I got the kalbitang and it came out boiling, hence the picture. My boyfriend got the kimchi beef soondubu with medium spice (also boiling) and beef bulgogi combo. Both dishes were great, although I'm definitely more in favor of the kalbitang. We both really enjoyed the side dishes too and ended up asking for a refill.Overall, it's still a great place to eat. The kind of good food that you end up finishing when you thought you'd have leftovers. Looking forward to visiting again.“

“Holy smokes! Their chicken is 100% delicious!! Fresh with just the right amount of light breading so you actually bite a piece of chicken, not pure breading like some places. Was my first visit and the worker who helped me, she was so friendly & sweet! I chose the soy garlic boneless with exxxtra garlic. What a PowerBomb of flavor! I will definitely be back to try out their other items. FYI- there is no in-house dining as in zero tables meaning you take it to go. Also, if you're in a mad rush, this place ain't it bcuz they make everything fresh to order. It only took about 10 mins (I only ordered 1 thing), but so worth the wait. If you have a large order, it's reasonable to expect a bit longer wait or call ahead. GO EAT HERE!“
