“This is my 3rd time coming here. I didn’t write a review to e first couple of times but this time, some things needed to be said. First of all, we with a group of ten so I didn’t know what to expect. The service when it’s a big group is not the same as when it’s just two people. For whatever reason, there were long lapses in between when the waitress would come to the table. I didn’t like that. The food and drinks were cool as before. You can look at the videos of what we ordered. Another thing, if you plan on taking a date to this restaurant on a night where the band is playing, you may have a really hard time of hearing your date. The music is really loud. In fact too loud. Go for yourself and see. You may like not hearing the person you’re talking to without yelling at them. I normally recommend places to go but this one, you’ll have to see for yourself.“
“We are from out of town visiting family and wanted a nice bar to stop and have quick drink. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they all took great care of us! Kat makes a MEAN michelada! I 1000% recommend this place for locals and travelers!“

“Always a good laugh or two provided by Brad. Beers are cold, tunes are what you put on, fries are always on point; crispy without being over fried, served hot! Pool, darts, and lotsa TVs. Only thing missing is a new and current 2024 Golden Tee Golf ???“

“Kalaveras is a fantastic addition to the dining options in the East SGV. The ambience is wonderful and eclectic, the food is excellent, and the service was impeccable. Highlights at our table included an excellent mole dish, a whimsical and tasty margarita flight, and mouthwatering carne asada. Portions are generous and the pricing offers some value options with some more expensive specialties as well. A full bar and many intriguing cocktail options. The only caveats: The speakers were too loud for a midday Sunday afternoon, and there are too many televisions in the dining areas. But these are minor quibbles for a superb dining experience.“

“Yelk suck balls!!! For some reason I can't check in here. This place on the other hand is !!! It's a small little hole in the wall, but it's very nice inside, with lots of TVs. The food here is exquisite, the most mouthwatering Mexican food I've tasted so far! The service is also very good. I love this place.“

“I recently dined at Mandarin Taste Restaurant in Diamond Bar and had a mixed experience. The restaurant quickly seated us, and we ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Beef with Garlic Sauce, Mongolian Beef, Egg Fried Rice, and Egg Rolls. The food portions were decent and arrived promptly. However, the service left something to be desired. Our server was not very attentive, and I had to chase him down to order more dishes and request the check. This lack of attentiveness impacted the overall dining experience. Despite the service issues, the food itself was satisfactory. The flavors were good, and the portions were generous. I appreciated the variety of dishes on the menu, and everything we tried was flavorful. In conclusion, while the experience at Mandarin Taste was not bad overall, there is room for improvement in the service department. I may give this restaurant another chance in the future, hoping for better service.“

“We stopped by for Sunday brunch and it was delicious! We ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict with Avocado paste and the Belgian Waffles and split them. Perfect portions to share.The salmon was smoky salty and perfect with the butter soaked bread and avocado paste and poached eggs. I love how it was plated with the toast halved and two poached eggs, perfect for sharing.The waffles had strawberry bits, maple syrup and chantilly cream. Nothing was too sweet or too rich, just right. I would have loved just a touch more strawberries but that does not detract from the meal.Decor was industrial and chic. It was lovely to sit on the patio and there were only two tables in that area but the nice weather just added to the ambiance for brunch. My go to spot now.Vegetarian options: They are items for vegetarians but not a focus on the menu.Parking: Park on side streets is always better than Myrtle and very plentiful.“

“Tuesday 4/2/24 Dinner at Kalaveras in City of Industry with my friend Eddie. Enjoying Tacos Tuesday: delicious street tacos style with a great price; 99 cents after 3 pm! It is like all you can eat tacos at this price.
