“My daughter had a dessert table for her wedding and it was AMAZING. Despite having plenty of food, it was so popular that there wasn’t much left at all. The mini Boston Crème pies, apple pie crisps, carrot cake bites, and pound cake with fresh fruit and ganache were a hit! Her wedding cake was gorgeous and was delicious. Thank you so much for coming up with such great ideas. I recommend them to anyone else planning any kind of event!“

“I've been searching for a mediterranean place aside from the other two in town because I wanted something more. One fills the fast food niche, another is for quick gyros, and Black Sea Grill is for everything else.My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner here and tried as much food as we could eat to really judge it. I was amazed I hadn't found it already. We will definitely be back and I'll be bringing more people! This visit led my wife and I to go to the Halal Market on Carolina Beach Road the very next day to try to recreate some things we ate here.“

“Wow!!!! Just amazing!!! I could not get an order to go through online nor could my daughter so went to store. Line was long so knew it would be a long wait to get my order ready. Got the order in, they were so nice and went above and beyond for me. Said it would be about an hour, which I fully understood being how busy they were. I was going to wait in car and gave them my number to txt when ready. I want ya to know in less than 10 minutes they brought my order out to me!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. Sooooo unbelievable!!!! “I go to Marbella probably twice a week minimum for lunch, they have a special two sliced and a drink for under 9$, I love the pizza, typically just get the meat lovers, the cheese is good and I’m from Wisconsin so…The Buffalo chicken pizza and white pizza are must try’s. I like the workers there, they are always nice and welcoming.if you haven’t tried it stop in, they always have slices ready to go so it’ll be worth your time just to see.“

“Great atmosphere, service and weekly food and drink specials. The general manager Allen is super friendly and the wait and bar staff are always very helpful and welcoming to guests. Prices are always reasonable especially these days. Definitely recommend Spindle’s and I frequent them “

“Apple Annie's Bake Shop is by far the best bakery in town! Their desserts not only taste amazing but they look beautiful as well. I have enjoyed their cakes for many years and for many different occasions. From birthday parties to weddings they can do it all! It's also a go to for an after school treat. They have so many different options in their bakery case that will satisfy a variety of cravings. Thank you Apple Annie's for always delivering the best in baked goods!“

“I stopped by Ichiban on the way home from work. This establishment never disappoints. I got the scallops and shrimp, and they were cooked to perfection! The staff members were very kind and it was clear they really cared about the job they were doing. This is the place to go for Hibachi!“

“When I preach in Castle Hayne, many of the parishioners & I go to Uncle Louie's for lunch after worship. Both the food & service are outstanding; menu prices are very reasonable, & they have many delicious offerings. Salads are always fresh & well-prepared as well as their huge pizza slices, lasagna, & spaghetti, but Italian food isn't all Uncle Louie's offers. Their club sandwich is delicious; so are their shrimp. Such a wonderful family atmosphere to enjoy great food, outstanding service, & visit with family & friends. Yes, I highly recommend Uncle Louie's & look forward to going back.“

“We had a party of 8 and dined inside. It was a little loud at first but got better. Our server seemed to be fairly new and maybe not used to bigger parties. She forgot several Drinks and only brought 5 rolls and no butter when we asked for the bread. No big deal though! The food was outstanding and the view by the river after dinner was spectacular!“

“We've never been to Wilmington before but were here for a special occasion. We'd just arrived to pouring rain (not the kind we get in CA) and were very hungry so we stopped in. We caught happy hour so we had a couple of Modelo's and one pizza and later were ready for a good night's sleep. I have to give a shout to our server (unfortunately, I forgot her name) but when talking with us we shared a funny thing about the JRE (JoeRoganExperience) podcast and how Rogan and Elon Musk ordered a Pineapple/Anchovy pizza from an Austin TX shop during their episode. We were joking how it sounded crazy. This sweet girl had one of the pizza cooks make a slice of pineapple anchovy pizza to see if it was any good!!! It was such a sweet and fun gesture! (btw...it was an interesting taste but I'd never order it again, lol) Then she gave us names of some other places to visit and it just started our time in Wilmington on such a great note. Thank you, amazing-server-whose-name-I-can't-remember!!“
