“Arrived too early for our lunch reservations. Some of us were starved already, so checked Yelp for the best place to snack. This place was highly recommended. Easy to find, and many ways to search what we wanted. Most of us picked the #10 and I picked the #13 (fried bun). Took a bit for it to be ready but there were 5 orders to do at one shot. We decided to wait inside even though it was a tight fit. It was a little chilly outside. I think mostly, people order to pick up or have delivered. So the food was piping hot! But we didn't care, it was so good! And we had 3 different dipping sauces. The really spicy one my husband liked a lot. Two of us enjoyed the soy sauce one. My dad liked the sweet white sugar sauce. Everyone was so happy and we can't wait to return again. Definitely recommend.“

“This place is amazing! Shea is the best, the heart and soul of Rosella. Shea guides your dining experience so you have the best meal. The avocado roll, sashimi, ceviche, all the big rolls are just amazing! You really can order anything and can expect perfection and perfect flavor combinations. Everything about Rosella is thoughtful and the people who work here are the cherry on top. 100% go!“

“My family and I were on our way to another restaurant when the smell of the broth lured us in to Raku instead. I had the kitsune udon. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too soft with the right amount of chew. I got a side of maitake tempura as well, the batter was crunchy and the mushrooms juicy and tender, like a chicken thigh but with that distinct nuttiness. And of course the broth that lured us in was as delicious as it smelled. I'm not a New York resident but I wish I was so I could come back regularly!“

“The Smoked Pork Ramen was one of the best ramen I have ever had. The soup was strong in umami and smokiness and that alone made it a stand out dish. The spicy ramen was a manageable level of spicy but covered the taste of everything else. It’s so good I forgive David Chang for sending lawyer letters to the AAIP chilli crisp makers.“

“Had a very good meal at Thep Thai. Came here on a sunday afternoon, there was no wait, and our waitress (Gift) was very attentive and checked in often even though we sat in a back corner outside. The food was also amazing, some of the best Thai food we had in UES. Definitely would recommend.“

“Delicious food and great atmosphere! After a long day of running around it was so nice to sit down and have a great meal where everyone around you is having a fun time! We started out with the Scallion Pancake and Vegetable Dumplings. I don't eat Scallion Pancakes very often because most places don't make it very well. Joe's Pancake was perfection! Cooked just right with layers of flavors. The Dumplings were light and fresh. For our main course we had Chicken with Broccoli and Sauteed Crystal Shrimp. Both were delicious and very generous portions. It was the first time I had had the Crystal Shrimp and I couldn't stop eating them. The Staff was very nice and we felt very well attended to but not overly so. We are really looking forward to returning so we can try some dishes that we have never had before.“

“3.8/5 stars My first time visited Kame on Saturday it was a bit busy so we had to wait in the line but only for 10-15 mins. I had Spicy Tonkotsu ramen(19$) the braised pork belly was super soft but the broth is just ok in my opinion the black garlic oil is too strong that I couldn't even drink the soup but I did like the noodles tho. I added onsen egg for (2$) and it was just ok to me because I think marinated boiled eggs would be better with the ramen. Noodles 3.7/5 Pork belly 4.5/5 Creamy broth 2.8/5 Onsen egg 3/5 Drink Plum lemonade 4.5/5 The food was good but this is just my personal taste buds. If I'm in the area I might come back but I wouldn't go out just to go there. P.S The ramen came with 2pcs of chashu but I ordered extra that's why it looks like it's a lot in my bowl“

“The ambiance here is so warm, bright, and inviting! The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The food here is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced too compared to other Thai spots. This place is large enough for small to large groups; great for birthday dinners with a lot of people.“

“Generally I give the total five star to this restaurant considering its flavor, service and environment. The steamed pot chicken soup is super good I will definitely choose this every time, on top of that I like sugar cake and highly recommend it. Besides, tomato beef soup, Dai style stir fried beef are also nice to try.“

“Solid northern Thai restaurant, love seeing that they have specialty northern Thai dishes and the classic Thai dishes. We tried the spicy stir fried basil with chicken and a northern Thai specialty pork belly and mango sticky rice. Both were delicious (wish the pork was a tad bit more tender and the mango sticky rice had more sauce). There was a 20ish min wait on Saturday night around 7pm so prepared or come early as the restaurant isn't very big. Would come again and try the grilled fish!“

“The restaurant was so cute inside. Very comfortable and spacious. The waiter was very kind and encouraged us to have fun. A manager brought us over to the downstairs club towards the end of the night where my friends and I enjoyed some tequila lemon drop shots. The shots were literally the size of a cocktail. The food was quite tasty. The pork dumplings and shrimp wontons were scrumptious and the lobster toast was the highlight of the entire menu!“

“We reserved a table here via Resy. It was pretty booked up far in advance, but I heard this place was good somewhere online. We loved ramen and Asian noodles so we were looking forward to this.We were bummed that our table was right next to the front door and the draft from people coming in and out of the front door was pretty chilly. We didn’t come super hungry and didn’t try any appetizers.I ordered the family Ranyum which our waiter said was his favorite. My boyfriend got the wagyu Ramyun.I loved the rich pork flavor of the family ramyun, lots of mushrooms, and the soy egg that I added was really tasty and unique.I tried the wagyu ramyun, it has a very strong beef flavor which my boyfriend liked a lot.We have not tried many ramyun dishes (mostly ramen and other Asian soups) but both the dishes we tried were some of the best noodles we’ve ever had.“

“The food was delicious!!!! A friend told me that it would be very spicy, but I didn’t find it to be so. (Definitely had a zip to it but not too extreme) Service was attentive and pleasant. The only downside was the seating. The chairs were more like elementary school short stools. Quite uncomfortable, but I’d definitely go back just for the food!“

“The staff was friendly and it was nice to be able to taste the same Ichiran ramen I had in Osaka. If you set the spiciness level to level 8, it's about as spicy as Shin Ramyun, but eating bone broth with spicy seasoning and rice felt like eating sundae soup haha. It's expensive, but it's worth a visit at least once during your trip.“

“Wow! The Tsukemen here is amazing! Definitely a Star ⭐️. If you like a fish based broth then this place is for you. You must order using phone to scan the QR code. And you must pay the bill that way. Slightly complicated if you’re a party of 2 or more. Bar/Counter seating only. Very tight and narrow space, which makes getting to the restroom difficult. Food is worth all the hassle. Reasonably priced. Electronic payment is mandatory. We will definitely be going back.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Something for all dietary needsParking: Street parking fills up quicklyKid-friendliness: Not really for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Not“

“This was recommended by Future Canoe YouTube channel. Takeout only. I had a pineapple pork bun. Delicious! Taste similar to what I had in Singapore. I also ordered the shiumai (pork dumplings), the best shiumai I've ever had. Big pieces and full of meat. I would come back for sure. Because it's takeout only, it's quite hard to eat outside the restaurant but so worth it. Service was quick even though there's a line.“

“Came in last night around 7:30pm. The girl taking my order seem like she didn’t want to be there and not the friendliest. I was a bit intimated and shy to order more as she seemed annoyed the more the I ordered. The girl bringing my food out was lovely! Made sure I was satisfied with my food, and named every dish as it came out & overall very upbeat. I didn’t grab her name but she & beef noodle made my experience lovely!!“

“Great prices for delicious food. I see why Guy Fieri has come here three times. The noodles are perfectly imperfect and the flavors are spot on. The only questionable thing about the place is that the duck is served bone-in which brought down my wife's enjoyment of her dish“

“This location is hands-down a high-quality place. I'm currently in grad school, and this place has never failed me when I order something to go. I've tried most of the main dishes and they are all great. The food has lots of flavor and is always served hot. When I order delivery, the order is always delivered quickly and the customer service is great. I highly recommend everyone in the neighborhood give this place a try.“

“Whether one is a novice or ramen aficionado, the Tomato Beef Stew Noodle is a good soup to try. The entree was reminiscent of a beef sinigang albeit without the tamarind. The boneless meat just melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was warm and so was the service. There is also a kiosk available near the door of one wishes to order takeout.“

“Went during a quieter Saturday when about 50-60% of the tables were full. Tonkatsu taken broth was rich and creamy, noodles were chewy, and the salmon ikura bowl was refreshing.Easy service, clean bathroom, simple and well put together dining area.Only note is that ramen's noodle to broth ratio could use more broth.“

“I came here kind of late on a saturday night on a quest to find some dim sum in the neighborhood. The menu seemed promising, but we were sat in the middle of tables full of Gen Z girls ready to hit a night out on the town, and it was a touch loud and obnoxious. I won't adjust the rating for the rude crowd, but the food was exactly what we were looking for... Overview Scallion Pancake - crispy and perfect Dan Dan Mian - cant go wrong, very flavorful Pork Soup Dumplings - these were a touch off, I think something with the dough, it kept tearing before we could get it off the dish and all the soup poured out onto the plate Steamed Dumplings (Pork) - these were ok, but I think next time I'd try a pan fried dumpling over this General Tso's Chicken - so good and fresh Overall would love to come back again and try other things next time.“

“Got the mushroom udo noodles! I liked that the noodles were hand pulled, and the seasonings were pretty solid. It was good food but I feel like could be better, especially for the price they charge. They had a small variety of Japanese beers, and soft drinks, The place itself is very clean and cute! Veggie options limited but available!“

“The because soup dumplings I’ve tried so far across Manhattan. The soup was rich and flavorful. The only flaw is that they seem to break easily. However, I’m still surprised by how rich in flavor the soup is. If you are a soup dumpling person, I’d 100% recommend you to try out the place. I’m giving a 5 stars for the soup dumplings for sure.We also order scallion pancake, which is also a popular choice in the menu. I’m not a super fan for it. First off, it is too thick for a scallion pancake. It is also just a heavy wheat dough with no texture and dozens layer of crispiness that I expect from a scallion pancake. 葱油饼。We also ordered Shanghai noodle and cong pao chicken. They were all ok, nothing stood out that much.“

“Food is incredible. Their shrimp wonton soup is some of the best I’ve ever had. I also particularly like their ginger scallion chicken but it’s hit or miss whether it’ll be heated up. soft shell crab is ~$28 and comes w two large pieces good for sharing; worth it imo.I enjoy their baby pig and other BBQ dishes but they usually come cold even when I dine in and half the order of roast duck (I get 1/2-1lb) is bones.Staff is very generous with their ginger scallion sauce but even though I order $50-100+ almost every time, I’m not given the complimentary oranges other tables of all sizes who often ordered less than me are given. They also auto add 20% or so gratuity for my table of two, which idm bc I was gonna tip that much anyway, but I wonder if they do that to other tables. given their business and small number of wait staff, you’re almost entirely ignored the whole time and can be hard to get anyones attn.Vegetarian options: They have some sautéed veg dishes“

“Blown away like a torpedo out of the water ? ?Michelin star quality BROTH with beef bone marrow. ??Ramen was good but the broth, oh the broth, no words …. I grew up here and ate pretty much at all the Asian hot spots from Mott St to cheap eats on Christie St. I wouldn’t have to pay more than $3.50 - $12 for a bowl of noodles. So $21 for this beef bone marrow ramen aka GYUKOTSU is damn excessive but rightly justified. I waited 15 minutes and well worth it ??I can devour this for lunch 7 days straight ?First time here and I sat at the beer garden mistakenly. A more chill & laid back Japan setting is a quick walk up the steps.2 establishments sharing 2 types of cuisine ✅✅“

“As someone who treasures the weekly dinner ritual with my 6-year-old daughter, finding a restaurant that caters to both our tastes and needs is like striking gold. Thailicious, nestled on Clinton Street, has become our latest discovery and an instant favorite after our usual spot was unexpectedly closed. It's not just a meal; it's a precious moment that allows us to catch up and cherish our time together, distraction-free.The ambiance of Thailicious is welcoming and warm, making it the perfect backdrop for our special dinners. The restaurant prides itself on a menu that's as diverse as it is delicious, a crucial factor for us. I lean towards vegetarian options with a penchant for spice, while my daughter's palate favors shrimp, albeit with a milder kick. Thailicious has gracefully accommodated our distinct preferences, ensuring a great meal for both of us. My daughter loves their pineapple fried rice! What sets Thailicious apart, however, is not just its food but the exceptional service. Our server, who has now become a familiar face, goes above and beyond the call of duty. In an extraordinary display of kindness and patience, she assists my daughter with her Chinese homework. Learning a new language is a formidable task, and her encouragement and support have been invaluable. It's a testament to the warm and nurturing environment Thailicious fosters, making every visit a good time. We've now made Thailicious our go-to spot, returning three weeks in a row. It's a gem on Clinton Street that not only fills our stomachs but our souls aswell.“

“Bangklyn is without a doubt one of the tastiest and most unique restaurants in the city. The food is amazing and fresh, especially the fried chicken. The owner/cook/busboy is awesome and even though he won't say much, he is kind when he does talk and he works really hard to serve the customer. As for the decor, is it a thrift shop? Is it just decoration? It's difficult to tell, but either way it's cool. Highly recommend.“

“- we tried 5 different kinds of sushi rolls: salmon avocado and the california rolls were good, the eel avocado roll is a bit too heavy in my opinion (the sauce is really sweet), the premium black eel was average (and not worth the price) and the black spicy tuna roll was not our cup of tea at all.- I expect much more from a sushi place with 4.8 out of 5. It was ok overall, but nothing to remember+ the food came very fast, the staff is friendly+ they serve tap water“

“Yummy soba place located in east Village. The soba is the perfect consistency. I ordered the shrimp tempura, and it was perfectly fried and fresh. The portion is a decent size for the price. “This spot is a gem for both dates and casual hangouts with friends. The sushi, especially the eel and cream cheese rolls and the salmon and truffle rolls, were amazing. Their signature dish, udon served in large bowls, was a hit for us. We tried the US Wagyu Deluxe Sukiyaki, and the portion was so generous, it easily fed two. However, the Lycheetini cocktail wasn't great - it was overly bitter, even after we requested a juice swap. Despite that, this place is a definite recommendation from me.“

“This restaurant was very close to our hotel and seemed always crowded whenever we passed by. We ordered a take out for dinner and it didn't disappoint!- Spicy & sour pork & cabbage dumplings: at first I thought the dough was a bit too thick but after I took a bite, I understand why. The filling was dense and very meaty! It was very delicious! Although the dough was thick but it was perfectly cooked and chewy. The sauce was delicious! It was spicy and sour which perfectly complemented the dumplings.- Beef hand ripped noodle: The noodle was excellent! It was chewy and perfectly cooked. They gave plenty of beef pieces and it was very flavorful. We ordered spicy and it was a bit too spicy for me so maybe next time I'll order mild.“

“"LOVED IT":The Roasted Vegetable Trio Masamun Curry (GF, VG) was incredibly creamy and had the perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors. The squash and cauliflower were cooked just right. Every bite was bursting with so much flavor, it made my eyes roll back in pleasure. The Shrimp Pad Thai (GF - we omitted the egg) nailed the classic sweet and tangy Thai taste. The noodles were cooked to the perfect consistency. It was so good, I quickly slurped it all up like a dog eating your birthday cake. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and very friendly - great service."LIKED IT":The atmosphere was lively and packed with people enjoying their food and company. It's a fun, energetic vibe being surrounded by the buzz if that's what you're in the mood for."MEH":The Om Gai Pad (GF) was the dish we were most excited for but ended up barely touching. The smell was off-putting to me. The flavor was kind of like an old sock...maybe that funky taste was intentional, but it just didn't work for us.The price. Not awful and expected for the quality of the food.Dietary restrictions: GF and VG are clearly marked. They can also omit eggs to make more VG options.“
