We were immediately greeted by Nancy, who worked a miracle to gather enough chairs to accommodate our group and begin to serve us. Understandably the waits for the drinks were quite lengthy, but Nancy kept us updated and got them to us asap and continued this impressive service throughout our meal. She navigated through the crowd like a pro, keeping a smile on her face in what was no doubt a super stressful environment. I just have to brag about her service!Nancy has taken care of us a few times in the past and her service always goes above and beyond, and this time was particularly commendable where I felt the need to write this review. “world's best hamburger seriously, the bacon was really crunchy and with the cheese melted delicious. They have pineapple sauce on the side which was amazing. Their fries were really good too. we also ordered a Cholado i can really say its the best i have every tried, it was fresh and juicy from top to bottom with fruits. I cant wait to be back, super happy and grateful that I have found this place, very nice environment.“

“Ordered through grubhub and never received our order made a second order again through grubhub still did not receive the order. Drove the 12 minutes to the restaurant and made a 3rd order. The lady that took the order was the best. This place and the food is top notch, super yummy and I will be going back. The restaurant tried to do anything and everything to make up for grubhubs mistakes. They went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. Supreme and outstanding service, food, and customer care. Perfect place to take the family for some down right outstanding and amazing food. “3/18/2024 I've been a fan of Brett's since their Mason location and I can easily say I come here for the turkey & brisket! Recently they launched their crawfish on Sunday's and I am a fan! Very good flavors and the soak is incredible!“

“Love this place for a breakfast treat. The OMG French Toast is always a must have. We also had the corned beef hash with eggs, 3 egg omelet, and a couple different Pancakes. They have great choices for Pancakes. We use the leftover OMG sauce to finish off the Pancakes. They should offer it as a pancake topping or side dipping sauce.“
