McDonald's in Airdrie

“I always go to this McDonald's for takeout since it's the closest one to me. I usually use mobile pickup, and my food is either ready when I arrive or only takes about 5 minutes—super convenient. They've never messed up my order so far, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere inside isn't anything special, but it's decent enough. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a quick meal.“

“McDonalds is just that. MCdonalds. Always new glavours and treats along with the burgers fries and other options. Thisnsite is close to home.in Airdrie and on our way out as well so a quick stop by through the drive through make a quick pickup and on our way. Sometimes I have seen items purchased not in the bag. If we noticed in time.we go back and they fix it.“

“I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Amandeep Kaler. She was super nice from the start. I needed the receipt for my order, and even though she couldn’t find it right away, she really tried for at least a few minutes to help me out.

I left the counter without it, but when I was heading to my car, she actually came outside and called out to me because she had found my receipt. She handed it to me just as I was about to get in my car.

That kind of effort and customer care is rare, and I really appreciate it. Thank you, Amandeep, for going the extra mile!“

“The customers make this place unbearable, yall need to learn to use the self serve machines stop standing in line and then getting upset when u dont get your order fast enough, watched a woman literally give her receipt back saying “i cant wait this long” she waited 7 mins for a coffee during dinner rush…like yall need to chill theres like 3 people working i felt so bad for the lady and when yall do dumb shit like that it makes the workers literally panic they panic with orders orders mess up and so fourth. respect your fellow human beings and understand that they dont have enough staff“
