McDonald's in Airdrie

“My son was adamant that he wanted to have his 7th birthday at MacDonalds. The staff at the Edmonton Trail, Airdrie, location were amazing. The room was nicely decorated and they even gave the kids a gift bag. We are beyond impressed with how amazing the experience was. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you guys foe making my sons birthday a wonderful one!“

“The food is good however I feel when there are certain managers on shift the employees care less. I ordered a Big Arch early Saturday morning (2am), the burger had more sauce than meat which was hard to deal with. 2 weeks later same time, same order and the burger was totally different, good amount of sauce and I didn't need 6 napkins.“

2 areas that need attention: There were 3 people in the line-up and we waited for some time before the gentleman in front had to call into the kitchen to get someone to take our orders. The air-conditioning was on extremely cold. Everyone in the restaurant was freezing. We had to go outside to warm up.“
