Subway in Airdrie

As a student athlete of the high school across the street, subway has always been there for me when I’m sad, hungry at lunch, before or after games and any time I need a little pick me up. Truly thank you so much for being such a staple for our schools community.“

“Usually pick up Subway at this location, closer to home. The service is good and friendly, and the workers put an effort on doing your sub as you like. Last Wednesday it was Rajvir Kaur the person who attended me. She was courteous and very professional, cover every detail of my order and I was satisfied. One detail that bothered me a bit was the fact that, although there is a tipping option when you are paying using Interact/Card, the workers do not get to keep those tips, which made me feel a bit deceived by the ownership of this particular location. This is not the first time I asked different attendants and they all told me that they do not get to keep the tips (unless given in cash). The tips are for those doing the job, serving the Customers, and even if they are given via card payment, they should be separated at the end of the night and split among the workers. Maybe Subway (the Franchise) should take a look at this situation…“

“The store is a pretty decent size with lots of space, although there aren’t many tables and chairs for dine-in. The place is clean and well-kept. I ordered online, and when I arrived around 6 PM, my food was already ready, which I really appreciated. I only saw one employee at the time, but maybe it’s just a quieter hour. Overall, it’s a really convenient spot to grab a sandwich, especially since it’s close to my house.“
