“Upon entering I noticed that there were two people ahead of us. This gave us an extra minute to peruse the menu. There is a very large selection to choose from. Once chosen you are given the choice of having your sandwich toasted 9. Now comes the fun part. You are presented with a wide variety of vegetables to compliment your sandwich. The final step is ohhto decide if you want to make your sandwich into a value meal, purchase a box of their delicious cookies, or even purchase a cold drink to quench your thirst. Would you like to dine in or take your meal home. Whichever you decide, you will enjoy your sandwich.“

“We were in a pinch and they helped us hit the spot when arriving at the hotel nearby late at night.We saw it from the main road as we entered Red Deer and counted on it being good quality food in a hurry because we were tired too.The staff greeted us in a friendly tone and got to work quickly for us. They did not skimp on any of the toppings and didn't waste time making our sandwiches.It is good that their signage is bright and visible at night from the highway so we could enjoy the soft italian herb bread cold cut sub. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies ? were soft and chewy too even though it was late at night.Parking: Free parking right in front of the shop.“
“I went in today and was served by this really sweet girl! I was probably having one of the worst days I’ve had recently, and I came home to find out that the girl who made my sub wrote on the wrap sticker “ur pretty :)” and it genuinely made my day, I definitely cried from how sweet the gesture was. The ladies that work here are always so kind hearted. You never know what somebody is going through, or how much a small gesture can improve somebodies day. Subway girl, if you’re reading this, thank you so much; it was insanely wholesome and It made me feel better. <3“
“Came here in the evening a little while back and the lady at the front of the line was being insanely picky and rude (e.g. "Lots of house sauce! No! No! That's way too much! Disgusting!! Start over!) but the lone worker did an excellent job at remaining collected and working fast.Once grumpy was gone, that worker helped the rest of us so quickly and efficiently, and my sandwich was delicious!“
“Amazing customer service from the staff members i encounter. They really are sandwich artists because they dont just throw the contents on the sub. They make it even and generously. I worked at subway years ago and i am glad they make my sub like how i used to haha!“

“I must say the crew working tonight around 6 were top notch! Customer service in fast food has gone downhill in most places, but not here!! They young man making our sandwiches was interacting and cracking jokes with us the whole time. When we got home we noticed he wrote “Same as mom but different” on my one sons sub (he ordered the same sub but kept saying it was different from mine) and “mom” on mine. Was a small act but we all broke out laughing. Thank you subway team for having the best customer service! We will 100% be using this location every time.“
“I paid $8.80 for my veggie sub after tax.The place was clean and staff was friendly.They had all of the ingredients I wanted, and my sandwich tasted really good.This is a far superior breakfast meal than what they tried to offer at my hotel.Vegetarian options: Veggie delite“
