Subway in Calgary

“I visited the Calgary Subway today (Sunday) and wanted to share some positive feedback. This was my first time eating at this location, and I am so glad I went. I usually stay away from eating out, but this place definitely changed my mind and I will go back!
​The store was extremely clean and the food tasted great. Most importantly, the employee named Nav gave me excellent customer service. She was very professional and welcoming. It is in a great spot in our beautiful city, located in the Deerfoot City plaza right across from my GoodLife gym. Please let her know she is doing a wonderful job!✌️🙏❤️“

“It was quite busy on Saturday May 23, but Lou, Heidi and Tony were quick to serve us and cleared the line quick;y. The restaurant was well light, clean and inviting, The staff always calls out a welcome when you come in the door and thanks you when you are paying. Great staff in this location. Bella“

“This is honestly the best Subway location I’ve ever been to in Calgary. The store is always spotless, and the food is consistently fresh the bread is fluffy, the veggies are crisp, and everything tastes amazing every single time. They’re also very generous with their portions, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the sandwiches.

They always wrap everything with care so nothing falls apart, and their hygiene and presentation are excellent. They have mixed up a few of my online orders before, but despite that, this location still deserves a full 5 stars. The quality, freshness, and service here are unmatched.“

“Employees are very nice. I’m a regular, recently they’ve started to know my order before I even say it. I’d say they definitely do make an effort to keep the place clean. The food is handled in a hygienic manner. And the food is fresh, doesn’t taste like fast food to me anyway.“

“I was you restaurant on Saturday 14th ,2026. I was served by JoJo. ( I hope I got her name right, sorry if I did not) She was by her self around 10:30 am. I had a last minute order for 2 party trays. She was busy making subs for customers but still accommodated me and in 40 minutes had my order ready by her self. JoJo gave me some good suggestions , gave me condiments on the side so our sandwiches do not go soggy as we would be eating in an hour.

The veggie patty had a nice taste and texture, making it really satisfying. The veggies were crisp, the bread was soft, and everything was made just the way I asked. The cookies were warm, soft, and the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Along with a refreshing drink, it made for a filling and delicious combo.

“The guy who made my food clearly cared about his job, he made me an amazing sandwich and he had excellent customer service. While I was waiting in line I looked up and I noticed that there were cameras directly above each sandwich making station and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not like that its either Subway international or this resturant specifically is recording my face with one camera and my sandwich order at rhe same time. That feels like a violation. Not including the fact that for the staff who are being considered constantly recorded for what ever reason. I thought this was Canada. I was raised to believe that you train and trust your staff to have integrity and work to the best of there ability. I will be visiting many other subways to observe if they all have cameras directly above every work station.“

I’ve been coming to this Subway location frequently, and it never disappoints. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh—the lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes are perfectly ripe, and the bread is baked to perfection (you can smell it the second you walk through the door).
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Even during the crazy lunch rush, they are incredibly patient, friendly, and fast. They actually take the time to build the sandwich properly instead of just tossing everything in the middle, so you get a perfect bite every time.
