“This is honestly the best Subway location I’ve ever been to in Calgary. The store is always spotless, and the food is consistently fresh the bread is fluffy, the veggies are crisp, and everything tastes amazing every single time. They’re also very generous with their portions, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the sandwiches.

They always wrap everything with care so nothing falls apart, and their hygiene and presentation are excellent. They have mixed up a few of my online orders before, but despite that, this location still deserves a full 5 stars. The quality, freshness, and service here are unmatched.“

“Amazing location, however the newest hire will undoubtedly mess up your online orders. Always the wrong bread, is very stingy on toppings.. the veggies. And for some reason will build the whole sub to put it in THE PITA PRESS. Open the sub and it looks like it’s been stepped on. Sure it taste the same but it completely ruins the online experience. I shouldn’t have to order online and make it to the store or watch him do everything wrong even though eyes are glued to the receipt. It’s frustrating to have every other employee hold up the BASIC standards of this location but 1 person will ruin it all. Now I’ll go out of my way to go to another location<3. By the way this same employee has done this multiple times for online orders.“

“Been having Subway for over 15 years, but there’s only one name that I remember from which is SK, he made sure all your ingredients are inside your sandwich, honest suggestions when customer can’t make decision, you can tell he care about the whole experience for the customer.
The only downside is he only works night shift from 10pm, but I still goes to him because of how satisfied I am with the way he handles my sandwich!

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.He was patient as I customized my sandwich, and suggested me the best sauces to pair with. I also had a disappointing experience , mainly due to the unprofessional behaviour of a girl with specs, one of the staff members. When she saw me she just walked out of the counter.“

“I stopped by around 6:55–7:05 PM for a quick bite.

As usual, the food was tasty, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a solid Subway experience.

There were a few tables that could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t a major issue. The main downside for me was that the washroom was closed. I was told this happens in the evenings due to safety concerns in the area and past incidents, which is understandable — however, it does raise a fair question about how customers are expected to wash their hands when dining in.

For now, I’d rate this location 4 stars.
There’s definitely room for improvement, and I wish the team continued success in their business.

Last time I noticed that the washroom is working again, so I’m changing my rating to 5 stars.
