Honestly a really good poutine! One of the best in Banff. Super friendly staff too. My boyfriend accidentally spilled his slushie and they replaced it right away and were very kind.

A beaver tail like beaver tail must do. I found the dough a little thin, but it was ok. The taste of cinnamon and sugar was good, neither more nor less, classic of this restaurant.My criticism is much more about our welcome and the way we were served. The employee didn't seem happy at all to be at his job. No smile or even a hello. Tourists in general in Banff are happy to be there. It left us with a bad taste of our day. I'll try the one across the street next time.

We ordered 2 tails, the dough was not generous in thickness, almost like a pita.The taste of sugar and cinnamon was there, but I expect perfection from this renowned restaurant. It is their only task to cook this dough…The biggest negative point is that the employee was NOT smiling at all. She almost seemed disturbed.

Chaos just chaos the line was massive and crowded after I ate a beaver tail and I have fudge on my ceiling and walls food 10/10 service 5/10 atmosphere 3/10 place was really small and crowded but food was worth ?
Good Lord. This delectable pastry was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Ooey, gooey scrumptiousness. Every person that walked by our table was jealous. Go get one.

I am not a fan of fried food. But those with me liked it. It would be better if the flow in the store was improved. When we first got there there was about a dozen people right by the door because that is where you order.
Honeslty i was about to walk out as soon as i saw the state the floor was in, there was about 2 dirty napkins per square meter, it was very offputting and made me doubt the quality of food. I didn't though and ordered the apple. It was good, but i hoped i left with a better taste in my mouth then just the food. For my first experience of Beavertails im a little disappointed. I understand its fastfood but seriously take it onboard to be proud of your restaurant and keep your floor at least a little bit more tidy then that.

We had to have beavertails twice during our stay here. We went mostly for the standard maple, which was really tasty. The crunchy topping makes it the best.
