Very good meal. I had the duck (small two piece portion) and my wife had the fried chicken (quite sizable). The new (baby) parmesan potatoes were the best I've ever had. Almost ate them all by myself.

I reserved a table for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. I made a message if possible they can make it just to surprise my husband, but seems no one cares about it. I made a phone call a day before the reservation just to make sure my request will be done. One of the staff said they can make a card instead and write down the message I want on the card and they'll sign it cause they're have no cake (small, even just the dessert) with my message. We dined yesterday, expecting they'll do something on my note, seems nothing happened, instead I informed our server just to do something for my husband. Gladly, he put an icing and put candle on it. I am very disappointed. This is my husband's favourite restaurant, I regret of bringing him here. I should pick restaurant that could do better than this.

Happy hour menu chosen, 5 taster dishes for $35. Asked for no chilli on the chicken and this was provided. The meatball was a bit spicy for my taste. Other dishes were very good. Cider was reasonably priced.

He accommodated my requests for food, and even made terrific suggestions on nearby attractions! I love that the bill has an envelope that says “The damage” coolest thing ever! A very nice spot for modestly priced fine dining in the heart of but separated from the bustle of Banff. Our server, Cameron was attentive and professional. An A+ meal in all ways
This restaurant took us by surprise. We hadn't expected such delicious, elegant, small plate dishes.
All the tastes were fantastic, and this restaurant is superb value for money. The wait staff were excellent as well, 10/10.
The only slight grumble is that it's cold. They have air co on when there's absolutely no need, and it spoils the ambience sadly....a diner at another table came in a lovely dress, and she was forced to put her outside jacket on after 30 minutes.
Come on guys, turn the air co off. Make the place cosier, and bring the atmosphere in line with the food.

We went to Brazen while in Banff. We had the BEST service from Cate! She is provided exceptional service. She was knowledgable and just a good human. We arrived early for the Happy Hour food offering. Great value. Great food. We would definitely recommend.
Very nice place in the center of Banff. Minimal dishes but with a strong and decisive taste. We took three small dishes plus a side dish for two (tapas style) and were very satisfied. The Brazer potatoes are a must try, excellent
