good food, good price for its location (probably the cheapest food we had in Banff). short wall away from paid parking. waitress was very friendly despite it being busy, couldn’t say the same for the host. i walked in to change a future reservation that i had and the gentleman seemed very passive aggressive and unwilling to help.
Decided to stop in for breakfast! Service was outstanding, Tomas took amazing care of me! He was very nice with a great personality! He accommodated my requests for food, and even made terrific suggestions on nearby attractions! I love that the bill has an envelope that says “The damage” coolest thing ever! Thank you Tomas for great service
We celebrated my husband's birthday in Brazen and enjoyed super delicious and well designed food. Our server Mitch was friendly yet professional and managed each course to be served just on time.
